Any plans to have x11 or X13 algo integrated to MYR ?
I think it would be nice as it saves energy to the miners
groestl and qubit are as efficient as x11

Really? do you have any measurements?

I tested on my 3x280X rigs (Asus matrix)
(all measured at stock volt snd total system)

Scrypt == 1050w
Skein == 850w
X11 == 492w
X13 == 505w

I cant mine Skein or scrypt due to heat in Summer.

why didn't you measure groestl and qubit while you were at it ?

Cause i havent tested those two at all or seen em as options,
which is why i now ask. cause i want X11 power consumption:)

What intensity have you used to mine X11 and X13 algo?

The Groestl gonna be as good as X11 or a little bit better.

Whith Groestl, you both play a game and mine  Grin

I13 on both (appearently you get better with higher intensity) but it didnt make an difference with me

3200khash pr card on X11, 2500khash pr card on X13

TO THE MOOON. Come on guys we can push it to 900 today!!

You said you would dump all your MYR and leave when it hits 500. It already did, so why are you still here?

Honestly, i missed it. I missed 500 today, but i do not recall sayi ng i would sell at 500 - i said 900.

Its a joke site, 12-17-25 votes ? Are you fucking real ?

FUCK, first time MYR hits 500 i am dumping. 60BTC stuck in stupid alts, over 15 in MYR alone. never again. next 2 months i am going alts-free

Maybe a little help to choose the right algo:

sha256d --> only for asic miner

scrypt     --> only for asic miner / people who don't care about electricity costs

skein      --> amd gpu, they get the most coins out there and power usage is much lower than scrypt (4x undervoltet r9 270 use 453 Watt)

groestl    --> nvidia gpu, thanks to the optimized cuda miner, power usage really low (4x undervoltet r9 270 use 320 Watt)

qubit      -->amd gpu, alternative to skein with lower power usage (4x undervoltet r9 270 use 329 Watt)

Damn time zones. Today is Thursday in America, which is where both I and David Seaman live. I guess one more day for you?

So basiclly if you get 453w on skein with an 270 undervolted, and you get 329w on qubic with the same card.
Your looking at pretty much close to 700w on my rigs with 3x 280X non undervolted (give or take). Still quite a bit more than X11.

 There is not another algo out that can match Myriad-groestl. It beats pure Groestl. It is by far the most energy efficient out. I run 40+ GPU's and even when the price was way down, still was best for me. It is in the 90's here, and they can take it. Easily. Cards run with full OC at 74 Celsius and it hit 93 here today.

 Smiley If you guys think for a minute about the millions of people who have to work in another country so as to feed their families and need to send money home, then you will realise just how earth shaking an sms send/receive setup will be. The missing link for these people is getting crypto back to FIAT,  the usual centralised gateway bottleneck. If you can also crack that problem so as to make the earner money to family frictionless, you will shake the world. Forget about "ANON" crap. SMS can mean you are onto the real deal. Very good luck with it. Don't give up like Feathercoin did. Shortsighted. Things like MaidSafe, Ethereum etc are near. Combination of Myriad and v2.0 platform might enable true sms decentralised money transfer. If you crack it, literally millions of people will thank you.  Grin

I just figured i would test since no one seems to have done it:)

My rigs with 3x 280X (not undervolted Asus Matrix)
Hashing @ 7.95Mhash pr card and consuming a total of 243w! Holy smokes thats low! remove the system usage and your looking at roughly 40w pr card! The cards run from 57-64degrees, room/outdoor temp is roughly 20 degrees.

At current groestl diff i get 3900 MYR, with a total consumption of 1050w
If i were to mine skein i would have gotten 12000MYR, with an total power consumption of 3600w.

So conclusion is that Groestl is more power usage friendly. But the decrease in power has an direct relation on the earnings (at least now with the diff values). Use 3x the power (skein), get 3x the amount of coins.
But more heat and wear/tear on cards

EDIT.
LOL ffs i read it wrong and picked the wrong algo... i was gonna test qubic since i use AMD, and not Groestl (nvidia optimized).
Oh well, will test qubic later tonight.

900 is too low a value for this coin, especially considering coins such as BC and DRK reached those sort of levels.
