I don't think that Bitcoin can be  National Treasure , because the main reason behind this factor is that Bitcoin is usable at international level and we don't need to see that what the unit of Bitcoin is which is not usual in the case of Fiat currency .
so clearly here we can't declare Bitcoin as a national currency because if you any country will declare that Bitcoin is his own National Treasure then surely a big dispute will take place at the international level to have ownership of the Bitcoin regulation .
