I think is better make decision to buy or sell by using technical analysis and historycal the price since Bitcoin started tradeable. Since 2010 the price of Bitcoin is always with high fluctuacion, the price can be dropped to 90% but after that its will going up more than 10 times, so after dropped to 90% will be best times to buy it and hold for a few years.
