I seriously dont get why people would buy a coin for 2-3k satoshi when the Dev could possibly dump it all the way down to a satoshi at any time. I am not saying he will or that there even are premined coins left, but the uncertainty itself wouldnt make you buy a premined coin? That is why a premine will always fail. You lose people from buying it.

So tell me what is the difference between this and blackcoin, except the premine?

If you read carefully i said with the multipool getting more popular and also thhe big sell walls seeing the price jump up will move them higher thats how it works.
