I realize there is going to be a lot of doubt about the integrity of this project.
Sadly, making it more transparent would've only made it more vulnerable without taking away the doubt.
I can only offer you my best intentions and hope this project is a success.
Please note I am not asking you to give me anything, buy anything or donate anything. If you don't want to take part in this project, simply don't.[/center]

A success menas to earn you a lot of FIAT.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

The idea behind Faircoin is the desire to establish a universal coin community (like Auroracoin in Iceland) for this purpose we have developed a distribution system that people can not take advantage of the Distribution process adversely.
the Distribution process is a transparent process, fair and fast.

Great, but the PoW gives very little. More inflation. Cool
Interested.

What's keeping me or anyone (or you) from creating 20,000 addresses on my wallet and adding all of them to get 50% of the currency?
And even if you have a way of knowing it came from the same wallet - what's keeping me from just opening 20,000 wallets (or as many as i can do from the second the wallet is released? - because that's what everyone will try and do)
And how is this distribution fair? for all we know you will create 30,000 wallets before releasing the wallet and add them little by little to the site and get most of the currency....

During the development of the process of the coins distribution, much thought has gone into,
and we have developed a process that prevents abuse of the distribution.
I can't explain about the process right now, but in three days you will know.

Interesting to see what happens with this one.

I'll participate, but I expect people will try to cheat the system. I'd like to see how you tackle this issue.

Registering multiple addresses is not a problem in itself, as long as you don't have an advatange over others.
we have taking steps to ensure you can't abuse the system.

Info:
All current cryptocurrencies require you to buy the coins, either through mining or through exchanges,
This gives the advantage to those who already capital and mining equipment.
Faircoin aims to be the first project where the coins are not bought but rather distributed equally between everyone who wants them
regardless of current financial status, and promotes equality.

...you mean other than PMC, which did so over a month ago?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=427519.0

If that was your goal, then you might as well not even launch Wink

Our process is truly transparent and fair, contrary to PMC
In addition to the mechanism that prevents cheating, I can't churn out words right now, but in three days you will realize that it is the fairest coin.
