A continuous distribution never be fair because of the following reasons:
Greedy people can always ask for more and more.
If demand for the coin is low, other currencies stay for the developers of the coin.
If demand for the coin higher, the division did not stay fair.

Best option for fair share is give coins to accounts with min +20 activity on bitcointalk....
There won't be fake addresses, random volunteers can spot fake account and delete scam accounts who only spam the same till ban.
