This is the worst exchange I've ever used, bar-none. I (and a few others) lost 1BTC+ when our accounts were mysteriously hacked and all account info was purged from the database months ago. Manual deposits and withdrawals. Use extreme caution.

Try using internet explorer for the download if you were using a different browser. I had problems with mega downloads when using other browsers like time outs or corrupted downloads. Internet explorer is the only thing that will work for mega stuff on my computer.
