I don't know if it messed it up, but I downloaded the new windows wallet and ran it, did that fuck things up?  I didn't even have a .conf file in my appdata folder, it was in the original file from day1 where they had all 3 wallets in the zip.

Try deleting everything but config and wallet.dat and then restart the new wallet exe file and let it sync hopefully that will work

I see this isn't Working, but wroking[sic], which explains why it's STILL NOT WORKING.  Now it just "unexpectedly quits" the moment it tries to open.  It's a different error, but that's as good as it gets.

Can't you speak to ANY OTHER COIN DEVELOPER and fix this?  ANY?  
 
I have Mint, Doge, Lite, Ruby, etc.... and they all work.  Surely somebody can give you a hand with this.

Which OSX version are you on? I'm running it on my MBA without any issues.

I'm on a MBP 10.9.2.  Just quits "unexpectedly" on each attempt to run.

still nothing, i put my wallet on my usb drive, uninstalled/deleted everything and redownloaded the wallet again.  and now i can't connect to anyone

edit: as i typed that, it started to synch up!
