If you compare its features to other coins it is one of the most innovative and secure ones. No premine made it hard to promote it, but community takes care of that now. Getting in now, is getting the coin at a bargain, because similar coins are easily 50 times as expensive!

Did you put it in this folder: AppData\Roaming\Quark-bar and can you post your address so I can send you a QB to test?

The only thing I know is that my wallet is synching, so I have been reading up online on issues. It seems a lot of wallets just took a long time to synch the first time. The conf file helps, but it is recommended to keep it running for a while and close other wallets.
