All altcoin will not increase on bitcoin market. So it will not be a wise idea to hold all altcoin. You can sell some which you think will not increase base bitcoin market. But if you trade on USD market then you are on the exact point. You should not sell that on USD market as almost all altcoin price will increase on USD market.

I understand your feelings bro crypto market is very volatile and at this time we are experiencing live VOLATILITY. Crypto market is like bed of roses with thorns, when we get profits we feel the pallets of roses and when we get loss we feel thorns. The peoples who leaving salling their crypto in losses are either loosers who doesn't belong to this crypto market or peoples which are in need fiat money.
