Waiting on the sidelines if you see prices near all time low is never a good idea. I am buying hard in times like these where everyone is predicting altcoins will go to zero.

I agree to invest in altcoins now, because the decreasing price is good for starting investment. because after the price drops there will definitely be an increase, so for what we delay investment.
