Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin

are you serious, man? look at the market at the moment, ethereum is very bad. it's okay if you want to hold ethereum, but a big mistake if you dump bitcoin.

I do not think that eth will overtake bitcoin, but if that should happen it may be in the future but right now bitcoin is number one in all the coins. Ethereum will grow but i don't think it can overtake bitcoin, the difference is very farand the bitcoin price and dominance is  higher than ethereum price.

I think it sounds more like a joke because the gap between ETH and BTC is still huge at the moment.
Even though BTC may not be as bullish as ETH in the bull market, BTC is definitely the top token.

I don't think this will happen, see Bitcoin still has the power to move the crypto market, and that is not owned by ethereum. even ethereum is still affected by bitcoin prices.

Yes absolutely , you are right but ethereum and some other altcoins doesn't totally depend upon Bitcoins price .
If Bitcoin is to fall one day then it's these altcoins that will take over though maybe stumble a bit in the beginning.

The statement appears more unlikely in the wake of the recent movements in the ETH/BTC prices downward. In the long run however, adoption and utility will define who stays where. We are still in nascent stages of this market and more data will give rise to better charting and informed analysis as we go along. With the new coins/tokens, the Fundamentals are going to assume importance as we go along. Everything said and done, BTC will always have a head start due to the 'First mover advantage' over the others.

That only happens when the value of the bitcoin has to drop by 30% compared to the current time and Bitcoin lost the trust of users. By that time, Ethereum could have surpassed their limits, and ETH could change the user habits and cause the bitcoin to die, then the value of the ETH could outstrip the BTC.

LOL but no. Don't get me wrong, ethereum is a good coin and has proven times without number that it is one of the coins that we can use to make a lot of profit in the long run but there is no way that ethereum is going to grow enough to overtake bitcoin. The only way is if bitcoin stopped growing for a couple of years and ethereum kept growing that is the only way it would catch up which is very unlikely to happen at this point.

I know very well that ethereum has very god potentials and it is also a promising coin because of the very good technology that it has and also the strong team members but I doubt if it will be able to overtake bitcoin because bitcoin is more experienced and it has a very large crowd compared to ethereum and also investors have more trust in bitcoin potentials.

NEO, XLM and CARDANO joins to give the better competition as you said but they did not find the ethereum gives the bitcoin as a competitor here.

I don't think ethereum will get to that point, in terms of value in the market, actually, there is not competition between both of them, they could coexist normally and both of them could innovate at their own ways.

No its impossible. Remember bitcoin is father of crypto. Eth perform are very good. But that not mean cross bitcoin.

Eth is a very promising coin and is in my opinion a number of advantages over btc. But soon I think he will hardly be able to overtake btc , which now specifies weather the entire stock market.
