I think that Bitcoin needs more time than 4 months to recover and go higher in price. The market is low for too long and it needs time. Someday it will hit 20,000 USD.

In time bitcoin will go beyond 20k$ if everything is going smooth and there are no big problems regarding to blockchain. If bitcoin system will be healthy, then 20k$ will be just the beginning of the bull run and we might see some crazy amount of money flowing into bitcoin in the next years.
