Ok I uploaded the windows wallet and should all be good. everyone who is pool mining only and just needs a wallet address , delete your wallet and delete the spartan in your users/appdata/roaming folder. start fresh please.

!!!! please do not do anything if you solo mined and have coins in the windows wallet. !!!!

So a little trust involved, can I send you my coins I have from solo mining dev and then update windows qt and you send me the coins back once I have updated?

Yes that is what can be done. And yes there is trust involved. Anyone can assist you. you can also download a new wallet on another computer and just do this yourself.

That is what I like to hear. I am sorry for the horrendous launch. I can go to sleep 4 hours early tonight which is good. Happy mining everyone. I will be around for a bit more if anyone needs me, but will be turning in. Take the weekend to relax and then monday will be looking at twitter and facebook apps.

Thank you everyone, even through all this you are all still here and I greatly appreciate it.

Please post ITT if your successfully survived your solo coins.

Sammy we did the premine for the ICO on the defunked wallet so we had the same issues you have. We sent the coins to a working wallet... then replaced and we are good. the wallet you have will send to a working wallet. Thats what our tests showed. the options I posted were the thing we did and survived.

Yup all good.. Downloaded NEW Windows QT... Didn't touch anything in my APPDATA folder at all...

Ran New QT.. and my coins that I SOLO'd are there.. and was able to transfer to another wallet

And Pool now accepts address from NEW QT as well..

Thank you for addressing the issue... and taking the time to really get it done...

I do know that it was a lengthy process fixing everything, but happy that it is a normal functioning coin.

Very Happy About This.. in fact a lil sad that this made me this happy.. but still.. happy none the less..

It will be preferred that we do not appear on an exchange too soon. We need to build the community and get more people with Spartancoins. That's a given. I have spoken with many of the investors who all have knowledge in different areas in cryptocurrency as well as product marketing. An exchange will add us if they want, we just need not give in and go crazy on the buy/sell panic it creates. Everything levels off and then the real community will take over.

Now that everyone has calmed down, and are happily getting themselves dirty and hitting their electric bills mining, it would be prudent to hold on to your coins for now.

All for one and one for all, oh no that's the wrong film, but you all know what I mean.  Wink
Timing will be vital.

I don't think there is any intention to rush into getting Spartancoin to exchanges. I think plenty of time to establish first! that's just my opinion. Need some of the new projects to come out too to add value! It may even be best to only trade on their website for a bit depending how far off the Spartancoin Exchange is! Then leak to others. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm so many things could go sooooooo right with this coin!

We must rush to mintpal and avoid and throw away shitty exchanges with 1 DOGE 24hour volume. Avoid CR scam exchange. Gonna tweet Mintpal immediately.
