I'm in the Philippines, too.  I ordered from ZH last month and I got the order in 4 days via Fedex.  Cost to ship will be given to you when you check out.  You will definitely pay taxes with the amount depending on the customs examiners mood on that day.  You will also have to pay additional fees (storage, IP, etc..).

I recently ordered again which hasn't gone as smoothly as the last time.  I put in an substantial order last April 1 which which was supposed to be with me in 2-4 Business days.  Based on the tracking info, it shipped from HK April 5 and arrived in the Philippines April 6.  It's been stuck with DHL/Customs to this day.  I've called DHL a couple of times and it looks like I'll have to jump through a couple of hoops to get my package and might loose an arm and a leg.  I tried to contact support to get a copy of the documentation that's with the package for when I deal with customs but response has been slow compared to before.  Sad thing is, the units have undergone a price reduction twice (I think) since I put in the order.  It's a pretty significant amount if I add the savings if I had ordered later to the lost time mining.  If I do order again, I'll use my consolidator in HK.  It will cost extra but at least I'll know what I'll actually be paying.  Hope you have better luck with your order.

Just wondering... I see from ZH's website that the power supply adapter is a 12V 7A device. Would a 12V 5A still work or is 7A the absolute minimum needed?

And since we're on the topic of power supplies..... has anybody tried running 2 Gridseeds on one 12V 7A power supply by splitting the head? There are device splitters available but I'm just wondering whether it will have enough charge, while not posing any dangers to operations.

What is your experience with your Grids. I bought 20 of them from Zoomhash including Hub and all Power Adapters they do offer.

Only Trouble and Frustration with *Zoomhash* products from the first day. I never would buy Zoomhash products again.

My money is burned for nothing. Sometimes 3 maybe 4 Grids are hashing roundabout 0.24 MH/s. That all together could hashing 6-8 MH/s is a BIG LIE LIE LIE !!!

I got broken Power Adapters, one broken Hub and 2 broken SD Cards, not mentioned the used Grids.

The problem with the PSUs we gave earlier was that it was only meant for Scrypt Hashing as stated in the description.

Some people used BFgminer or Cgminer where it would turn on the SHA-256 cores and over burden the adapters.

We stopped using those PSUs.

I recieved my 10 Gridseeds today and they are all working nicely now hashing away. I thought I would give my feedback on zoom hash and my experience with them. So I ordered a pack of 10 around mid/late march and received them shortly after. Unfortunately for me I was one of the people who got the power bricks which damaged all of my Gridseeds.

I got in contact with ZoomHash and explained my situation. At first communication was slow as they were having issues with their email. But after a few days I received an RMA and sent my damaged units off. A week later (today) I received my replacements and using an ATX power supply they are all working.

Obviously I wasn't very happy as I lost two weeks mining. But the blow was softened when they sent me two extra Gridseeds free of charge which makes me feel better about the price reductions. They have also offered to cover any mining losses x1.5 which makes up for any loss.

Overall I'm happy that everything has been resolved and I don't feel cheated.

The email issue was when we were moving to zendesk for CRM. But we just hired a bunch of staff. Btw it use to be just me that did everything with no sleep.

Now we have 10 staff members .  Anyways, we are not perfect but we will make sure we set things right.

I HAVE A question your website says I earned 24000 points.   I can get 2x 10 dollar  rewards .  so I cash one in and have a 10 dollar loyalty reward I order a  grid seed my 16th one from you. I use code Zoom2 it drops the price about 10.50 .  but now I can't use the 10 dollar in rewards.

If I had known that I would not have cashed them in.  I would have let it go to 1,000,000  and then had a 100 reward code.  you are letting a first time buy use zoom2  discount which is about 10.50   .  And me a loyal buy with many purchases can use either or but not both.    you need to either make this really clear or make 3 spots for your discounts.

 one for a discount code like zoom2
one for rewards 

one for gift cards.


basically your setup now makes the reward points worth less until they build to 100 dollars which is 10k in orders.

so no reply so far well my order was for 1 machine my 16th so far   zoom2 worked and I was unable to use my 10 dollar reward .

my order number was #3337 so I would like this fixed.  by fixed either rest my rewards by 10000 points or 10 bucks . and I will let them build up to 100,000 points and a 100 dollars reward.  or just knock 10 bucks off this order number #3337 paid with paypal. 

I know you can do 1 paypal refund for the 10 bucks which is what I would prefer.  Fixing the issue of not being able to combine rewards with coupon codes needs to be done.

I would prefer you cancel the reward and add back the points.  once I reach 100,000 points I can cash in for a 100 dollar reward code.   please fix this.

to anyone with reward points do not cash them in until they reach 100,000 or a 100 dollar reward.

if you have 30,000 in points  you get 3x  10 dollar rewards.  not 1 x 30 dollar reward , As far as I can tell you can only use 1 of them.
