Wallet synced very fast as soon the password was released.

dedicatedpool.com had a lot of blocks before official launch.
Any reason?

All the pool OPs got the source at the same time.

It's impossible that they have started before the official launch.

you need to change it to vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert
