I've been mining in the p2p pool at 410 k/hs for a few hours now, but I'm getting in my wallet only fractions of EMC2s.
Is that normal?

I'm getting the third lowest payouts from this node:

http://ca.p2pool.sk:41876/static/

totalizing 0.39 EMC2 in some hours, which is ridiculous - in other pools I was getting 30-50 EMC2s in the same timeframe...

http://cryptexplorer.com/address/EbyVGdrzBiN3NuCnokRYfgzAPLgvFkVpMC

I know it need time to adjust, but can the gap be SO big?

Yes, it can.  You can look at your stats, and payout on the graphs page of the node you are mining on (look for your address).  It can take up to 24 hours for your payout to be full.

Can we change the following:

"The principle task of the Foundation will be organise the selection and distribution of the Einsteinium Fund that is collected each month from the community mining the Coin and direct donations the Fund."

to

"The principle tasks of the Einsteinium Foundation will be to 1) oversee the community's monthly selection of any project whose goals include securing a better tomorrow (for either specific communities or planet Earth as a whole) through the advancement of science and 2) to ensure that the funds collected through both mining and donations will be sent to their community-agreed-upon destination."

and

"Each month a small selection of projects the Foundation think are worthy of support will be collated together with suggestions from you the community. Voting will be held during the last few days of each month, the winner of the poll is selected and the funds passed over.
There will be no restrictions as to who is eligible for inclusion in the monthly selection for voting, the only criteria is that the science involved is pushing our understanding forward and could build us a better, safer future.

to

"Each month a small selection of projects the foundation thinks is worthy, in addition to those suggested by the community, will be made available for voting. Voting will be held during the last few days of each month. Once the poll is concluded the funds will be sent over. The only restriction as to which projects/organizations are eligible for inclusion within the monthly selection is that the proposed project aims to help build a better, safer future through strengthening our grasp of science."

and

"From simple Kickstarter project to the Gates Foundations effort against Malaria, if between the Einsteinium community and the Foundation we reach consensus that the project is worthy we will send the funds"

to

"From helping to fund simple Kickstarter projects to the fight against malaria as seen in The Gates Foundation, the Einsteinium Foundation as well as the Einsteinium community will reach a monthly consensus in regards to which new organization will receive funding."

You guys don't need to use what I suggested word for word (or any of it, for that matter)...but 'the goals' section does not read well at all, especially the first paragraph. I really suggest re-wording.
Thanks

Rest of the re-worked OP looks real nice, tho.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll get it fixed.

I emailed the owner a day or two after launch, I think he's figuring out how to add it on his own I only received the communication that he would be happy too but it would need to be in the code. Maybe pre-emptive? I don't know hopefully it works, merged mining scrypt is pretty neat.

Okay looking into this I don't have as much as an issue as I do with other multipools, it's automatic allocation, of resources, where previously I was doing this manually.
This will not be effected by dogecoin's anti-multipool fork or emc2 KGW it seems like since it is operating differently than other multipools. So the economics are less screwed up. This is actually a multipool model I like.
