theres a Satoshi Salute wallet of 1 million that will never move,

Then the 3 Devs have in the order of 1.8 million between the three of them not to move any time soon either.

After that its early adopters CPU mining only, bear in mind that in the first week on this thread there were multiple blocks per hash window, many including myself were pulling down 4 figures a day with a few machines only

That's right. Hashing while mining this coin is different from other coins. There is a metronome that gives the command in the network to start searching for the block.
