Of course this is the correct stage. And most of them act like this when they earn earned tokens. Of course there are exceptions when you really need money to pay your bills in real life. But nevertheless, it is better to be patient and wait for real price increases.

It depends on the tokens that you have. You may have tokens whose actual use you may want to avail. You may also have tokens that looks like crap so you will sell them as soon as they are already traded in an exchange. You may also have tokens which looks like having a bright future so you will continue to HODL them. It really depends. There is no general rule as to what you will do with all of your tokens.
