The "right strategy"? I may have to disagree with you on that. You'll have better luck if you had converted your holdings to fiat during the March - April days. But overall its a good idea to be a hodler but you have left some money on the table by hodling through the bear market.

The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.

Everyone makes their own, some I sold, some kept, but it is the time I decide what to do next, but as a rule of the coin which I always keep consider promising, but time will tell what I did right.

To avoid losses, it is advisabel to take profit as per your requirement. The price of tokens may rise or fall depending on the market conditions. If you are here for trading or investing purposes then you should convert your profits into fia, because,  a coin in which you are in profit may lead you into huge losses in a bear market.

What you do with the tokens you get from a bounty is up to you, you can decide to keep it and that’s if you believe that the coin will keep growing from there, but if you not sure about that, then what you’ve got to do is to exchange it for another coin you like. A lot of people will prefer to exchange to ETH, I also do the same.

when you generate lots of tokens, it won't be useful when the token doesn't have a function. if Suato Tokens have functions that are needed by many people, it will certainly make the tokens valuable and can be sold. so, you have the choice, to use it, or to sell it. some people use trading for this. well, so having lots of tokens has many functions
