Few great projects will eventually arise from the thousands of experimentation, trials and errors and failed startup.

I will rather try to convert all my tokens and coins to 3-4 top coin that i feel can be profitable in future. And as soon as the price will be at its peak i would convert them to my national currency.

usually the token that has been collected, I calculate it first with the market price. If it is really profitable, then I will sell my token in half. And I save half token to anticipate up and down token prices. If the fiat situation is more profitable, I convert my token to fiat.

Kay of the tokens from ICO is now affected by the nyc and eth crash, I believe that there are also so many project that extend thier ICO to reach thier soft cap market is still red and I believe that tokens are now dropped almost 80 to 90% of thier current price. The best strategy to do is to hold or maybe buy some more coin  or token and stock and then wait for the very best time to sell. Maybe we can all gain on it but we need to have more patience die to the market dip.

Most tokens are completely useless. Many projects have collected investments and, if possible, made their product, but tokens are not needed to use the product.

The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.

hodle them up while it last because bullrun is coming and you wont regret on hodling those coins for a while, just a short spurt of time left for us to wait on the recovery of prices

You better sell your tokens that don't have that potential, because not all tokens that you get will have a good future, it would be better if you sell tokens that don't have good prospects and reinvest in a better token.I say this because I also have lots of tokens.

There's nothing wrong with selling them if there's little progress being accomplished, but if the project has a solid roadmap and ongoing development it can be ideal to hold onto them until they realize full value and even if you do need to liquidate them consider just selling a portion of them and keeping some for later in case the token skyrockets for some unknown reason

This is why I primarily only invest in dividend paying companies or tokens.  Since normally once you buy coin, you have to wait for the price to appreciate in value, before you can sell, and then make a profit.  HOWEVER, if the token / company is paying you dividends, even by simply holding, you can still get paid regularly in dividends.  And currently a good company that pays dividends, that has a high ROI, and one I recommend is https://www.evoai.network/
