The atmosphere is appropriate for another ico and everyone wants it, even u although u always start mumbling when it comes to taking decisions on matters of crucial importance, just like u did 3 minutes ago when u said there will be no ico.

Sorry, I think you're looking at the wrong project. We are Helix and we never stated that we would hold an ICO. Also, no one is chatting about this, so we have no clue what you mean.
