ERC20 is actually the easiest transaction in the transaction. However, the cost is quite high for each transaction. ERC20 has plans to rectify this situation? If this is done, the ERC20 will become a top deal.

The average crypto investor sees IDEX or something like that as a difficult process to use and thats why they have such little daily volume.  They're a great product and are integrated into Ethershift but the user experience is just not great.  A lot of new up and coming products can not get good exchange support to the price of the token ends up suffering. We are the easiest place period to buy tokens.

Also we have no accounts, collect no personal info, and do not do kyc.

We are not a decentralized exchange.  We are an anonymous centralized exchange that behaves like a dex.  This allows us to be more flexible and for transactions to be much faster.  Our raise amount primarily has to do with our liquidity. Since we are not a DEX and do not have an open order book we provide short term liquidity to the tokens.

I don't think we'll have a problem hitting our cap, but if we don't that's not a bad thing for investors.  All tokens not sold in the sale phases will be burned.

In order not to write above it is necessary to understand that it is very difficult to integrate fiatmoney.
Here it is necessary to take into account the opinion of regulators and other important points(aml+kyc+tax). If there is a violation, you can get into a very big problem. usually mcafee always declares his support at the very beginning and then becomes an external observer. as we both know he does not write code a long time ago and only advises how to do business. it is these two things that the advice and promotion of the project he has in view of his tweets. im think the team can better this time to clarify but for me it is.

I am intersted in Ethershift ICO, because:

1. The product (exchange) is working while the token sale has not ended. I won't be worry about the developments
2. John McAfee is the adviser. It can attract many investors. I think this is enough for some investors to trust the ICO.
3. Working with the exchange is very. Also, it provides anonymity which has been one of the main purposes of cryptocurrecnies. But it is ignored by most of the exchanges.

We get tokens from 2 ways.

We have an over the counter option that we work with directly with some projects and with private token holders. This allows us to provide more liquidity at locked in rate.

We use exchanges for projects we don’t work with directly and Ethershift provides the liquidity. 

We are never “out of token” some people just think this Bc they look at our single public main wallet.

If liquidity is not available for a certain order size of a token, sometimes their deposit is refunded. But we are able to process a giant majority of the transactions with no issue.

There are a several reasons to use Ethershift.  The main reason, the principle in which Ethershift was founded, is no KYC.  If you want to trade anonymously your options are getting fewer and fewer each day.  There are tons of companies that are caving to the pressure of US authorities regarding KYC and we will not do that. 

The second reason is ease of use.  A lot of people value simplicity.  Click a few pictures, input ether addresses, and send ether.  That's it.  No dealing with deposit addresses, waiting for 12 confirmations, dealing with order books, glitchy exchanges (looking at you idex and etherdelta), then waiting for the exchange to approve the withdrawal.  There are several reports of exchanges locking withdrawals of certain coins without any warning.  At Ethershift you get your coins right away, or in the rare instance we cant fill an order we refund your deposit right away.   

The third reason is we provide additional liquidity to smaller market cap coins.  Lots of coins we offer if you were to go to traditional exchanges and try to buy you would pump the price of the token 20-30% even when buying a nominal amount.  We have several deals in place with projects and large token holders that allow us to fill bigger orders than traditional exchanges could provide. 

The last and final reason is implementation of features.  We are in talks with several wallets regarding implementation of our service into their wallets.  You will be able to do token swaps for over 70 tokens (and counting) in wallet.  We also are implementing our "scan&go" feature.  The scan & go allows content creators to display a QR code on their website to allow readers to purchase the token instantly.  From a user perspective all you need to do is scan the QR code, send the desired amount of ether and then the coin will be sent to your wallet.  This allows content creators to receive an additional stream of revenue.  Currently the content creator would need the reader to stop what they are doing and then go to exchange, using a referral link, and purchase.  The scan & go feature allows a seamless transaction experience.

I agree with the above but also since most blockchain projects steamed from Etherium’s technology this means that majority of the tokens created after that are ETH based. Yes, Ethershift can give us the opportunity of buying tokens easily regardless it has been listed on centralized exchanges or not. But it needs enough volume. I mean you cannot sell your tokens if there is no buyer. This is what I have experienced many times on Forkdelta.

The exchange development is still on progress and it's not 100 decentralized now. They have focused on the development of the project. After new version is released, they will likely make effort to be listed on coinmarketcap.

Assume that half of the ESH holders sell their tokens for Sdex. What will happen to the investment of the others who are holding ESH as a long term investment? They might panic and cause more fall in price.

Well, I think I can answer your questions (even though I´ve just started following Ethershift): There will be 2 platforms, Ethershift (rebrand to Switch) and Switchdex. The ICO investors invested in Ethershift/Switch and not in Switchdex. In my opinion Switchdex will become more like a bonus for ESH holders. So instead of a second ICO they decided to have a private sale with another token. BUT! Every ESH holder also gets 50% from the Switchdex fees. Just like a bonus as I mentioned before. So I don´t think ESH holders might panic sell their ESH - the opposite is more likely. ESH holders won´t only profit from 1 exchange. They will get the benefits of the second one too - even though they didn´t invest in it. And that could lead to a rise of the ESH price, right?

Anyway I can´t wait to see the new products, the team is doing really great as far as I can tell  .

As Ethershift is supposed to rebrand to Switch.ag, will Ethershift tokens (ESH) remain the main tokens of the platform or there might be a swap to new tokens or something like that?

They will remain as main tokens of the platform as far as I know. On the new page Switch.ag you will even be able to see how much coins you get airdropped for your ESH. Quote from medium:

"Additionally there will be an entire page of the website dedicated to real time monitoring the volume and tracking the fees Ethershift has collected. This section will show when the next airdrop is, how much will be airdropped, and the approximate value per ESH you will receive. This update of few days ago covered just rebranding and extension and all focus of writer was just on this point. I see some people already started to misunderstand the role of ESH and have their own assumptions. It was good to put some light on this token as well to let the holders calm  down little bit. Even my understanding is token isn't being rebranded just setup of exchange is that being upgraded.

It's a bit confusing when there are two different tokens for one exchange. Binance only has BNB so it's hard to understand why a small exchange with low volume would need two different tokens ESH and SDEX.

The trade volume on the exchange is really low and that's why our shares from fees have very very low value. Much fees are not collected on the exchange and receiving very low amounts of ETH is normal.

No action is needed. Thanks to the team everything was done automatically. Only the contract has changed. Every thing including monthly airdrops remains unchanged.
I have seen some projects that ask holders to send their tokens to a certain address for tokens swap. But here every thing was done by the team.

I was pessimistic if this project slowly died but they tried hard to rebuild this project and now the results are quite satisfying token prices continue to rise from day to day. I could see on Twitter if the ESH target could touch 40 $, I hope it will happen someday .

Have you sold your token? i have sold some from buy on switchdex exchange site before the swap and i got a really nice profit. That's really sad to see the pump is ended and the price was going to the bottom again.
$40 is an impossible thing to happen.
