I would be very happy if the ico market of companies could somehow control some law enforcement agencies, in order to avoid the development of fraud in this field of activity. In any case, Legal protection of cryptocurrency users would not hurt.

it depends on the current situation. when the ICO becomes good enough in your opinion, then the investment might be good, especially when the ICO or the project really really suits you.

There are many tokens by others ICO projects, their value is reduced many times right after listing the floor. That's because the market is now really bad. Investors are no longer interested in ICO projects as before. In my opinion, if you want to invest in ICO now, you must learn very carefully about the project.
