Just got mine in today and it was a very easy setup.  Thanks for bringing this tech home.  Runs beautifully, as well as the 6 MoonLanders and 2 L3+ I've got in my mini setup.  Thanks again, really really nice work.

I live in NJ so these will  run at a profit and give me heat  that is roi plus

every day I run 1 I make 22 cents in coin profit and I get 100 x 4 = 400 btus an hour of heat

Am I missing something here? If the price point is in the $200-300 range, these will NEVER ROI, like not even close. There is no way you can look at these where they make financial sense. Its literally just throwing money away.

depends on what coin you are mining and the usd exchange rate at any given time, also how long you are willing to HODL

I was trying to connect to verge on bsod. To get it working on ZergPool, I had to connect to MiningRigRentals with no failover pools set, then I have it pointed to ZergPool. Read somewhere that the Apollo have connection issues with multi pool algos.

I finally got zerg working using stratum+tcp://scrypt.mine.zergpool.com:3433#skipcbcheck#xnsub and adding a (.1) worker number.  I don't have to make this specification with my L3+ but i imagine its because the Apollo has the extraonce whereas the Antminers dont.  But i may be talking out of the side of my head too.  Just got it working and its been stable for.......6 minutes. Ha! Tongue

Hey welcome to futurebit world Smiley For me i use a good pc power block 1000 watts, it can deliver 12 volts with 40 amps!

And yes i put my apollo on digibyte mining on multipool Smiley With my config i get 3/7 DGB per days.

Here is a screen of my configuration, to the left, my futurebit mooonlander keys Smiley And the apollo to the right Smiley

And to the back the pc power. In front, it's a box i made with my 3D printer for my newpak keys (sha256)

All this small world is managed by some raspberry pi + touch screens.

Note for your apollo, do not buy shitty SD card, take one with good quality like sandisk or other, no chineese shit... Because with a crappy SD card
i almost destroyed my apollo... (The os read/write crashed and the apollo become crazy and hot during one night)

This looks like a great form factor for home mining!

Do I understand correctly that the PCB houses 3x9 chips underneath that big heatsink?
I wonder how you lay out 27 chips in a square space...

Did you do the ASIC design in-house?

Any plans to branch out to other PoWs in future?
Several other memory oriented PoW have daily issuance comparable to scrypt,
like Equihash and Cuckoo Cycle.
