You’re right. I know of a few teams that tried with private partnerships. And I know of a lot of team that tried that and were successful with it. But they left some percentage of tokens for the public sale.

They just not need marketing but they have to manage it very effectively. Market is not that good, so aggressive marketing is needed but at the same time they should not end up in spending too much money
