That's right they already explain what happened and the admins in the telegram are quite active to answer your questions regarding their referral program. IOST is not scam, I participated in their bounty campaign and I got my rewards, the token is listed in major exchanges thus there's no basis for this accusation.

I don't really think that IOST is a Scam Coin. I think you are overdoing it by accusing IOST of being a Scam. Based on this, I think there is nothing new that IOST heard that was a fraud / scam.
