If I may I want to give a suggestion and my thought on the new rates or rather I have a question : why the payout from member to full member and from Sr member to Hero increases by 0.0002 but from full member to sr member it goes up by 0.0004 is there a specific reason for this ?

I think there should be an increase of 0.0003 between the members categories, or an incremental increase that will valuate the higher tier, for example from member to full member an increase of 0.0002 from full to Sr 0.0003 and from Sr to Hero 0.0004

i think its all about the competition see stunna's rate for PD signature campaign and we are 0.0001 ahead of them that is why i think ritz want to be the highest paying signature campaign in this forum if stunna rate will increase again ritz will increase it also by make it more higher than stunna's rate

The reason is higher ranked members to more likely to post more useful posts and get they are more likely to attract the attention of other members then a newer account in my opinion.  From the stand point of Ritz it's best to keep the rates the way they are to target higher ranked members to the program.

I think you didn't read me correctly I'm not against higher tier being payed more and in both cases I presented the higher tier is being paid more in fact in the second proposition the higher you tier member is the higher the increase from the previous tier is

I believe counting stops in a moment of payment.
So it will be ~11AM CA time in the USA.
