You can't sue someone for damages for trust comments in an online forum, a judge would throw out the case.
have you heard about cyber bullying you can file a case of libel its a part of cyber crime case if that case is implemented in their country and also to zarkclark country then it will happen you can search about it on the net if its not cleared to you Correct. Hahahaha, at least we can all make light of this situation.  When you start talking about lawyers, and suing, and defamation....yea, hopefully all that can be resolved and RGC can get his Trust in the green soon. I added him/her to my circle of trust. |

The offending comment is this: "paying people up to 2.6 BTC for posting up to 6500 posts a month for his add campaign spamming up the forum and deleting any negative posts"
I don't think even the best lawyer can convince a judge that is libel, the most offensive word is spamming, which is not libel. Deleting negative posts is probably true.
So is your case against him that the comment is red, and it gives a negative sign in the profile? This seems like a waste of legal fees.
Better solution: Make peace with the guy, I'm sure if you're cordial the trust will be deleted and you don't have to spend money on legal fees.
We gave this guy a chance. He still refuses, so we go down the legal path. We gave him 24 more hrs and then the fun begins. Anyway we have damages now to claim. |

is kinda true what you says in order for you to take them to court, is there blogging your name all over google, without harder evidence you wont be able to take them to court, my uncle is a lawyer and I had him look at my comments that I had made against Ritz and you really you didnt have nothing against me. It's actually a handful of members that gave Ritz negative feedback that also have negative feedback themselves. If it was a hero member with a ton of green giving Ritz negative feedback, then that's when I would pay attention. |
