I was questioned on crypto currencies legalization. I explained the facts happening around. Few received it with convincing reactions and few just ignored it. I really felt bad for the guys who did not care about crypto currencies as I really know the fruitfulness? I happily taught few others about crypto currencies. What was your friends expression when you introduced bitcoin to them?

WE have same feelings on this dude,because our friend has the same reaction when we first introduced crypto to them and even my family members has the same

But if we will only continue to inform them and encourage with explnation,and after seeing our success,in a short span of time we will get them into investments

One of my friend just also mentioned crypto currencies to me, and i am amazed by the knowledge that it actually exist, thus i asked my friend  if i can learn more about it, then he brings me here. The issue about bitcoin is emerging over time in our community which makes me think why i didnt know this before, it's such a great currency to transact because it's to convenient.

I remember the time when my friends were mocking at me, the guy that decided to invest in Bitcoin. They used to send me the funny videos but now they have changed up their minds.

even if you are ridiculed like that by your friends, you don't need to reply. because they will realize themselves when they see you succeed. there are always people who underestimate bitcoin because they don't know what the benefits of bitcoin are.

My friends do not know anything about cryptography, and when I tell them about BTC, ICO, Blockchain technology they look at me as an alien ).

Same here.  I've long suspected that the average person isn't going to be interested in crypto.  You really have to be a gambler (kind of like me) or a tech nerd.  I've mentioned bitcoin to quite a few of my coworkers, and some were mildly interested in it as a money-making scheme, but absolutely none of them were interested in it as a currency--and most weren't interested at all.

You have to understand that most people are perfectly happy paying for their groceries, rent, utilities, gas, taxes, and all the other typical expenses with fiat.  Every single person I know gets paid in US Dollars, not bitcoin.  When I go to the store, nothing is priced in bitcoin.  So if you suggest that bitcoin is this great currency, people look at you like you're insane--and I totally understand that.  I don't pay for my day-to-day things with bitcoin; I use cash or my debit card.

I did tell a couple of my coworkers that I earn some crypto in a signature campaign, and their ears perked up.  But they weren't interested enough such that they were willing to join bitcointalk.  That's probably for the best, since they wouldn't have a lot to say here.

I remember when i told one of my closest friends to invest in this coin, he trusted me and decided to put $1000 into it, a single one only.
2 months later the price dropped 100 times cheaper (from 1k sats to 10 sats) his investment turn from 1k to 10 bucks. He was so upset and decided to stay away from crypto currency   .
I never told anyone to invest into anything from then on.

That's actually one of my biggest fears. I've told friends to invest in certain coins, looked at me like whatever, and thank god because those certain coins dropped dramatically in value. I was lucky in that sense. But if put a big fear in me. What if they have listened? And also it put in my mind that there has to be lots of similar situations where some have lost a large sum of money due to listening to excited friends.

When I introduce cryptocurrency, my friend, they do not trust me they blame me. they told me it came as a pyramid business and gambling. some of my friends told me you have no any document same as a bank. after I give to them cryptocurrency, introducing video after that some of my friends believe that and join with me.

All my friends feel sceptical about bitcoin and crypto as a whole. Nobody would want to invest and play on this constantly fluctuating market and lose their savings. Still they agree that crypto is a revolutionary technology (it seems that I managed to give them a brief and persuading description of how it all works  ) and totally agree about the right of other people (and me in particular) to take our calculated risks.

90% of my friends do not even care about what I say and when they get some other news information or they see it online as a money making rumor then they remember that I am the guy connected to the bitcoin system. I got sick of them as they do not even focus on the information and they only want the money-making magic. it's not what they think it is just a simple money and they have to spend something like hard work or any of their skill to make money from it.

Cryptos are going very bad except few strong coins even they are also not doing very well but they are stable and not showing sudden decrease or are not devaluating instantly

I can remember vividly when I did introduce some set of close friends to the cryptocurrency world and it was at first like had to convince them until I had a little cash breakthrough from it and it was quite evident to them. Since then, they have been up and doing in the cryptocurrency updates even more at this dip market period.

People does see crypto currencies as bubble not balloon as you said. I also believe they are ignorant and not willing to try new things or they are old-fashioned cause they are revolving with new technology. However, if the bitcoin ETF happen to be sign into bill then most of those people that don't appreciate crypto currency and block chain will step in.

Most ordinary friends are still suspicious about electronic money. Meanwhile, a lot of people have been successful and very wealthy since. Because most of them need safety rather than risk, to succeed.

I think we have the same experience here. there are people accept about cryptocurrency, and there are people was not accept cryptocurrency. I don't take it too seriously if they don't want to know about cryptocurrency because I don't want to force someone to realize it and let them know by themselves. I will say okay, maybe it's not your chance, but soon, you will regret when you want to know cryptocurrency, and perhaps I will talk with the other friends.

It can't be helped that when people hear "bitcoin" or "crypto" they almost immediately associate it to "scam" or "ponzi." This is because the profit-oriented media has always sensationalized cryptocurrencies while disregarding any of the actual technical innovations behind it.

Sadly, as a result of this poor media coverage, people have associated crypto with negativity. It is now our job as early adopters to spread the real news and optimism about the future of crypto and the potential they have to change the world.

I would not blame them since for the past few years, anything that has to do with digital and for the fact that a lot of people have perceived bitcoin as a money making machine rather than looking at its real value with that just being an added benefit, it has made it sound ponzi like to others who may not take the pain to know what it is all about and even if you tell them, they just keep popping up with that attitude that I am not in.

It would take those who are ready to listen, wade off that mentality of money making, and ready to see what is the main value of cryptocurrency that will understand what the future holds for it.

Normally, when it comes to investment, you should be ready as much as possible to be vast in your area of investment. Sure, a lot of people when it comes to technology and anything that have to do with the internet, they tend to chicken out quickly in the sense that it is a lot complex for them, and in a way I would not blame them. However, only if they can understand the basics, the risks involved which everything about life is risk anyway, but in the crypto world when comparing to the benefit that actually supersede the risk, it is enormous. That they will need to realize.
