This is a late reply but just in case you haven't found out the best solution for your 2gb cards I am using -g 1 --cuckoo-intensity 12 on a GTX 750 ti card with decent results. Hash rates are higher than normal right now because of one miner fooling around but hopefully she will go away and low power cards will again mine more and only sip a tiny bit of electricity.

People are still mining it, but for the most part the development team has moved on to other things full time. A couple team members do updates now and then and keep the main pool up and running. Some people are just solo mining it from the wallet which gives the added benefit of mining invites in addition to the coin itself.

if you use 1060 Nvidia use this parameter (for Windows version) in zjazz merit[faster] right clic modify:
