For me this year is a learning experience for all of us, transparency is one big issue in the ICO industry, investors should have a way to know if the project is really attainable and the ICO is gaining support from investors and community, even good and legit ICO suffers this year.

I think ICO right now is depends on ETH market condition because most of the ICOs are erc-20 tokens which is in ETH platform.
So if the price of ETH growing in 2019, i think there will be still many icos with a good ideas

ICO will definitely continue to exist, and this is for sure. ICO is actually a good way to finance. If applied properly, it will benefit the entire world. It can promote the development and progress of the whole person, and those who are really willing to do things can get the start-up funds very quickly, but ICO really needs a strict supervision.

My prediction in 2019 icos will be a good investment again because in 2019 market will be stable than now and i believe etf in september will get accepted so it will make investors more confident to investing in cryptocurrency.

in my opinion 2019 there will be a new movement, maybe not just through ico. I see in this year investors have started to get bored with ico not just bored but they are disappointed too because the scam of decreasing altcoin and altcoin prices that release dimarket is cheaper than IOO maybe because in 2018 this competition is very tight or the market is small and cannot accommodate too many altcoins
