2018 was a difficult year for crypto market in general.

On the other hand I think 2019 will be positive for good, really good projects.

I believe that after such a bearish fall there will be new rise for sure. But just really working coins will get to the new stage.

Unfortunately this year we saw too many scam ICos and investors should be very careful about new coming coins.

 I suppose new policy should be worked out. It should protect investors from scams. Safe crypto is stable and profitable.

2017 was good for all of us. But prediction is open for all, anyone can. Now people so smart to invest their money and reject Scam project. 2019 will be as 2018 in my prediction and from mid 2020 it's start to pump.

The investments this year should be building up the investments for next year. The prices for all the coins could go up.

I believe there are project that are trying to make some kind of filter to find any good quality project that are opening an ICO, if that project working, i think it will be able to remove all those fake/scam project. That way cryptocurrency will be able to gain trust again.

We are now in 2019 already for the ICO? I guess there is still a full quarter yet to finish and there are many successful ICO's already going on. Its too early to ask about the future ICO's because we cant even tell anything about the current on going ICO properly. However there are some ICO's which seems to be grand success this year. Most of you may not even believe that but I am experiences many of them already. In 2019 we may see some advancement in it the way they are getting published this year. May be there will be some more rules and regulations than today and may be more qualitative ICO's might just pop out. It would be interesting to experience though.

I agree with your opinion, 2018 is a bad year because in 2017 yesterday Crypto experienced a tremendous explosion and many new investors just joined it without enough knowledge, and this is a wet field for fraudsters and bad ICOs. and 2018 is a major correction and natural selection for those who are eligible to survive cryptocurrency

I can well imagine that in 2019 the ico market will be regulated in most countries.
That will certainly change the market.
