now too many ico waste is circulating and absorbing investors' money and of course this will come forward. hopefully in 2019 it's not like this year that contains ico junk

This is possible if ICO will be strictly regulated in every country of their ICO origin so that the investors and the participants will be more protected against these fraud people. If these scams ICO will not be neutralize then expect ICO will be less demand by next year due to most of the people will avoid ICO investments in fear to lose their hard earned money.

For sure, ICO will still be alive, but just like what's experienced in 2018, many will struggle to raise funds unless approached by the big investors, corporations or institutions. In addition, investors are being extra cautious and any ICO with no real usage will not survive 2019.

Without ICO project crypto market can't alive long so ICO projects are badly needed. I think in 2018 ICO projects don't give us much profit because in 2018 we are experiencing dumping market but i optimistic that in 2019 ICO will be alive and give us much profit that 2018.
