For me is funny to se exchange who have open deposit but for withdraw anything you need to do KYC. If you cant verify they have free coins

That is right, betyer to check the webiste if it's registered because as of now they have a lot of website who try copying other and then once you log in they will get your information and your account once open your money or your coins expected to gone or to lose.
