You should not always expect your bounty tokens to worth a high value immediately after they are distributed. You must always hold them for a long period and not just to dump straight away.

Well thats the thing that you cant avoid if you are a bounty hunter, sometimes you will feel discourage and tired because of what is happening now but did you know that way back 2017, some of my friends who introduce me in bounty gathered more than 5k usd in doing bounty.

I think the reward won't be worth it if the member rank is low, it will be better if your ranking is high. I think you should choose other campaigns to get better rewards

Waiting is boring I think your way to keep working on assignments for your weekly campaign might just make you forget a little from the project you are following. I personally also do that because waiting without doing things might be more tedious
