Bounty are now not only making post and getting tokens..
bounty is now first of all reasearch kind of job:
to find not scam project and to fight project with bright future - it is extremally hard now - I personally think if I find project worth to work for it in bounty it is project worth of invest money too (in ico - preico phase at best, or later after hitting exchange)

I am looking for signature campaign Wink pm me

Well, we all know these days bounty rewards can’t satisfy anyone. But still it’s always nice to spread ideas by posting on different topics here. Bounty campaign rewards will surely be higher when the market starts rising back Smiley

Not every bounty is equally profitable and it is true that the bounty process take longer than before, campaigns are longer,
some of them delayed and postponed. This is true for listings as well and when finally listed the price very often crashes.
We have to adopt to this situation and work even stronger and do everything in our power, that our efforts being rewarded.

it takes time to get results from various Bounty campaigns because the current market conditions are not good.
if the market has improved and can grow higher maybe the workers will get the same results and of course we need patience because it is not easy to get it.

Just don't stop doing work while we are in a bear market because if got many token as possible and bull market hits some of our holdings then i must say that it will become worth it the wait. We just need to work in bounties that have future.

I believe its high time for bounty campaigns to set a fixed payment plan for bounty hunters. Sometimes its quite sad to join a campaign and work for about six months and your tokens are just worth $10 or $5. Bounty hunters are been taken for cheap here. Most times, the tokens will not be listed making them worthless. I wished something can be done about this.

If is paid in token and they worth low this is it, no one force me ao any other user to join a signature caampaign and make posts every week, during 2 months or how much time is running. Is better to choose if possible campaigns that pay in bitcoin or any other altcoins already listed on exchanges.

Most of the bounties payment don't equate the time we spend doing one task or the other. Imagine someone who has to post multiple times a day on social media but at the end ends up being paid half of that.

I think bounties will continue to be worthless as long as we are in the bear market. Things rarely go well in the bear market, even the best projects struggle. Before we can really enjoy bounties and ICOs we have to be in the bull market. The main reason why most bounties extend and don't pay is because they find it difficult to raise their softcap or Hardcap, which is as a result of the market conditions. If the market should improve, everybody will get paid and smile.

In bear market, every coin and token suffering losses and i am prefer not selling my coin or token. I think it still worth to work and waiting because crypto is future investment and when market ready to recovery, i am believe the price will rising

There are the good and bad ones, you could leave if the project itself doesn't perform well with their ICOs, you couldn't expect too much from bounties these days, I believe the trends were slowly over and took over by exchange offerings

So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?
It will feel sucks honestly, that's the risk of the bounty hunters. I usually check first before joining a signature campaign on bounty. First is you need to check how big is the allocation funds for the signature campaign, after that check how many participats on the signcamp. If the allocation funds is big and not many participants join, then i will join the campaign.

Maybe this has become a risk, not all of what we do in Crypto gets big or commensurate rewards, especially with the current crypto condition that is not stable, it is still wise to choose a bounty that we will do, not to get a loss

with a long time and get results of less than $ 50 then it is not enough to meet the needs of life, my advice we must work and make a signature campaign as additional income so that we will feel happy. if the token has a good future and is able to compete in the market we will get a higher profit. You haven't experience worse because you are lucky to receive your tokens in more or less than 3 weeks then most of us had to wait 3-6 months which is very far from what the bounty has promised. And another thing is you still got $50 when our tokens is totally worthless and all we can do it just move on. It's better to have something than nothing in this situation.

yes of course many processes that must be passed are not as easy as when the project is completed, tokens can be sold directly. of course there are stages. It is important for us to always be vigilant before joining a project and of course we don't want our work to be in vain when promoting their projects and when they are done we don't get commensurate rewards.

I have not come across such bounty campaigns for a long time, usually bounty managers are asked to leave a signature before counting stakes for the last week. In my opinion, if you are asked to wear a signature for a few weeks, it's scammers or just bounty manager is too lazy.

Moderator restrictions on every month or every Sunday, the difference is very clear because each player in the bet then we have to post a minimum of 10 posts per week for our own tokens, if indeed more than 10 have been compared to start the inside Token monthly, it is very clear we see the border of tokens between the same week per month, so that the contents of the wallet will always increase every week and monthly

It isn't just you who experienced it, however I likewise get such activities. Indeed, we unquestionably felt baffled with the outcome since it was a long pause and the outcomes that we get practically nothing. In any case, the outcomes acquired additionally rely upon what we look like for the task. In the event that the tasks we pick has great quality, beyond any doubt, the outcomes that we get are likewise great.
