I agree, that bounty campaigns need strict rules. Especially need proof of authentication. This bounty will help the Manager to weed out scammers and bots. when I participated in several bounty campaigns, I noticed a scammer who used my Twitter account when registering.
There was no proof in these bounty campaigns, and it took me quite a while, for the bounty Manager to remove the cheater from the spreadsheet.

The golden rules of doing bounties is to read the rules, take notes and do accordingly. The other important thing
is to follow up your work in the bounty group all the time as they can change the rules any time, otherwise you could miss it

Regulations were created indeed to curb any activity and can help make the activity successful. different if it is not orderly it will cause losses to the project and the people who follow it. some bounty managers are strict in the bounty because they are bored with the treatment of spammers which hurt a lot of related parties

I do not think strict rules are necessary in bounty campaigns. We should be rigorous in the number of participants and some way of decorating the title of the bounty campaign. It would be great if such a nice topic and there would be a lot of interested investors in learning about the project. You can refer to the datablockchain project and it is very well designed.

Having strict rules in bounty campaigns is very needed now I think because there are a lot of bounty hunters putting their alt accounts in one campaign. And as a result, he/she maybe have a chance to dump hes/her earnings in which will lead for the price to become cheap.

If we want to get paid with our effort then you should learn to follow what they ask you to do and every rule that they want,

Yes of course It is really necessary in a bounty campaigns to prevent from people who are cheating etc that's why the bounty manager must have a strict rules in his campaigns. And I think bounty hunters must follow that rules that all the other participants gets the fair rewards that they followed in the campaign.
