Ethereum does have a massive growth potential but the value is linked with the overall market as well and im sure as soon as the volume gets back and growing in the market in no time eth will start growing to 1000 and more.

But for short term ethereum looks better than bitcoin consider there are some uncertainties in bitcoin just like ETF. Yes still good to invest to ethereum because that coin is really good for longterm investment. There is option if you want bitcoin but the lifespan is only few years only for me I think. But in the life of the ethereum takes 5 years or until 1 decade maximum base on my own prediction and research. We cannot know what is the real cojn who are good for longterm only can do is to predict it base on what we see in the crypto.

I believe in Ethereum and think that this is the most perspective coin on the market. I hope investors would realise this as well and we would see Ethereum on the top of crypto currencies market pretty soon.

It is true, for me! Ethereum is the best coin to have for a long term investment.
I think and i know it is better to hold longer than bitcoin nor XRP.
That is why i am still collecting some and holding it, waiting for another ATH!

ethereum can be used as a long-term investment choice but you have to know that ethereum will never be able to compete with bitcoin because they have different platforms and have different supply so that it will never be able to fight bitcoin. |

Eth is good for long-term investment, but number 1 is still in bitcoin. But the opinions of the holders of one another are certainly different.
If indeed ETh has provided many benefits, it is only natural that you make no. 1 long-term investment.
No doubt ETH is one of best coin which can make you earn profit and it is best choice but not the only one or number one because number one is bitcoin for sure, we are having number one crypto and that is only bitcoin because bitcoin is king currency and it is mother of all other crypto coins, so being agree I would say number one is only BTC. |

i fully agree the only two options for a long-term investment are btc and eth, all others are too fluctuating as value
As investment of course Ethereum the best coin for me , but of course I would not became to focus attention only on 2 these coins , so same there is good coin such as xrp eos etc xlm neo they so same raise for long storage |

OP is in line. Some of those who expect short term profit from coins like that might end up being disappointed.
They are the ones that buy at high price and sell cheaply, because they cannot be patient enough to hold.

Ethereum is one of the good coins on the market to consider for long term investment. Short term are mostly done by the traders especially day traders - they buy at certain low prices and sell at any small increase in price. Ethereum has got supportive and strong crypto community and due to its smart contract, most projects prefer to utilize its Blockchain to create their own coins.
