For those people still using Yobit, We told everyone almost a month ago, not to use them any more.
ArtByte is a public blockchain, just like Bitcoin. Just as the Bitcoin Foundation does not cover loses on exchanges, neither can the ArtByte Foundation. We have filled out Yobit’s wallet update form 4x and no response. We have emailed their support multiple times, over the last month, no response.
We have posted about their problem all over our social media for over a month (several times) and told people not to trade there. We have removed them from our list of exchanges where you can buy ArtByte.
We even reimbursed stuck transactions, during the week SegWit enabled (because we felt that we had not sent the updated code to the exchanges in time for them to upgrade). In the last week of November, we reimbursed all transactions on Bittrex, Lite.eu, Crytopia, and Yobit.
All exchanges except Yobit updated their wallets. So we posted all over social media on Dec 2nd, not to use Yobit, that it is up to them to upgrade now, and we would not reimburse transactions on Yobit any more.
Dozens of traders have stuck transactions on Yobit. Once they update, the transactions should either be rejected by the network or be confirmed. Either way you should get your coins eventually.

Yobit like paid developer complaints. https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/i also send it support ticket, why artbyte team does not pay it ? this is second time for me that i got coins stucked at whithdraw with yobit. First was UNIT coin, but after 1 week transfer was confirmed. with aby i saw that are people from 2-3 weeks and never confirmed. that`s sucks. In the future i will stay away from yobit and aby.

The new name doesn't seem as connected to the NYC as the old one does, but I think it is still quite a good one

You need to contact Yobit support. Yobit needs to upgrade their ArtByte wallet. We told them to upgrade it almost 2 months ago.

Yobit is notorious for NOT updating wallets and people losing their coins. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR store your coins at Yobit or any exchange. As soon as you like a coin, download the wallet, and store you own coins. I've lost coins to both yobit the Cryptopia, but never Bittrex or Poloniex.

Support never responding. This means I have lost my coins? If you have the transaction id so it is online and there is no evidence in the network, then the problem is in the network? I thought it was.

Where are you sending coins from? If it is Yobit. They have to upgrade their wallet. There is nothing the ArtByte Foundation can do. It is not a network problem because transactions from any where else but Yobit work.
