Irrespective of problems encountered by crypto enthusiasts like fake icos, scammers and delay. I think ICO plays an important rule in execution of sound projects. So Without ICO, most coins  find it difficult to raise funds to execute their project. Without ICO, coins or projects will find it difficult to advertise their project, without  ICO, projects will find it difficult to reach the right audience, Etc.therefore I believe in ICO because it enable me to research, analyst and evaluate the potentials of that project. Do you also believe in ICO?

For me, ICO's are actually good thing and it helps us and their projects. But of course it also have the negative effect like what you said about fake ICO's and scammers. Most of the ICO's today are not legit or simply scam. I believe in ICO and it is very helpful but if we join, we mist sure that it is not scam and a good reputation ICO.

ICO is the best way to raise funds to develop project in crypto world by selling project tokens. All can join, buy tokens and become a part of project in future, ICO is better than IPO.

ICO is just like the kick starter of a project, it act as the first funding to makes the project run.
Just as you said, without the necessary funding, a project will find a difficulty to make any improvement or just starting their work.

I think ICO is necessary, it's a way for company to gain initial finance to develop their products. Because most of blockchain companies are startups and they don't have enough money to maintain their works, pay for office and salary. In addition, ICO also make the project become more popular, by running bounty, airdrop and promotion campaigns.

Why ICO is important? First company needs funding and to get funds they need investors for their projects or startups. They can't begin what is in their minds to get the projects and start the business without funding. ICO is leveled with IPO but there is big difference between the two.  I am not an expert anyway to elaborate the two.

ICO is always needed for me and I believe in it. The projects have helped me to have a better life than ever. But now there are a lot of fraudulent projects and we need to equip skills to avoid it. Do you have any good skills? please introduce me. thanks

ICO is very useful for those who already have a good working product, which needs to be improved, because progress does not stand still. And the launch of ICO helps developers realize their dream.

ICOs are needed in crypto no matter what and how many scam people we will still have better and good project to solve daily issue of human and how to influence the use of blockchain ,
Investors are the one to know how to go about choosing the kind of ICO they get in to avoid being scam , and if not sure how save they are on it then it will be a good ideal to invest little that won't hurt them when it turn other way round but definitely we need more ICOs to challenge the existing ones because competition make market more free and easy to adopt and in crypro we preach decentralized .

Scam ICO isn't not necessary. Obviously ICO is the one of famous way to raise fund and build a community. A potential ICO keep important role in crypto industry. For example ETH was introduced by ICO. But currently we can't see much potential project of ICO. Most of are scammer. In my opinion 90% project became scam. How people's will trust on ICO. I think there should be something new instead of ICO for security of investor. Like project could use escrow, if any project use escrow for raise fund I believe people's will encourage again for invest on ICO. However a potential ICO keeping role to expand crypto world. So I believe there is still necessary for potential ICO's.

Yes it is necessary to promote the good outcome of the project, its been practice before and until now, if its lack of support from the crowd it means their something wrong with the project so the team will enhance it or they will stop it.

ICO is very necessary in my own point of view, It helps startups to raised fund for their project. Although there is too much scam in companies pretending to be real whereas they are scammers. I will also like if ICO companies are registered with the government of  their residential office.

Yes, now I agree with the market without control - and of course it's the eyes and the mosses that put it - but that's always the case in any business - where there is money there and a moss. but I believe that time will put everything on its meta - everything will be more transparent - honestly. and the market will put itself in order.
