It is a very bad idea to sell the token for the loss because if you join in best ICO bounty then it is very good to hold them until the price starts increasing because every coin price will be low when they list in the exchanges. So hold them until the market starts recovering their prices.

I think its an interesting questions who everybody is asking themself who is participaiting in boutny campaigns here on bitcointalk. So for me personally, i hold the most boutny tokens. Its for one reason. I participate just in bounty campaigns from projects which i also see potential. So the most of the projects im also invested with real money. Thats why i dont sell with loss.
Because we get some of these token for free. That means we're not that stressful when the token price is drop. We're okay just by watch the development. Some of them usually wait until it goes back to the ICO price then sell it.

Sell when you get more than 5% or at least that percentage. Too bad for those who invested during the ICO price and you only get lower the value when you are holding it but if you don't have choice and you just want to sell it so you can buy another coin, do it.

Now the market is growing again, you see the recent days of tokens fish prices continue to rise, the market is covered with a green. so I think we should be patiently waiting for more time. watch the market recover stronger.

About 3 months ago I had a token that I made from bounty; I waited for a while I lost 50% of the value of 20 days ago I got up and sold. Now the price I have sold has almost tripled, and I have had a regret. Keeping patience and psychology in place in this market is very important.

I usually hold the token until they grow so I never thought that I would sell them below the ICO price, I always wait for reasonable prices and high prices.

If you have free Bounty tokens, would you sell at a loss? It can have advantages or disadvantages to sell at a loss: to avoid more loss but also to realises losses.

Personally I would wait for a better overall crypto market and sell later, because it's a bear market right now. If price rises again you can make a better profit and get more money back per coin if you wait and sell later. Market recovery will be positive to many good projects.

What's your strategy to make most profits now?
hold until the price rises again and can make a profit, before that we have to analyze whether the coin from the bounty can potentially rise or not. if not then just sell it. and if it has the potential to go up then just hold and be patient.

i hold so many projects these days

but sometimes i sell low price, because some projects give no light for the future ( this is my idea )

if you look, you will see. if a one project goes to down with 10~50 times , i dont belive even if it has low circulation ( and this projects so many times listing on non trust-worty exchanges)

i wish to us, luck will with us

I only hold my altcoins from bounty campaign after I buy it back at its lowest price because it takes time before they fulfill what written on their road map or white paper. When this altcoin I received from bounties got listed to an exchange market, I immediately transfer it to the trading platform and waiting patiently to sell it above ICO price. After two to seven days, I will buy it back when the price gets dump then hold it for long term depending on how profitable and useful their token is.

To sell the highest value Token, you need to track the exchange rate of that Token and determine when the Token is listed on the massive exchange. Then it will wait and sell immediately after Token being listed to the exchange floors because of the price of Token usually at the highest.

that was happened with me many times and I can say that almost all the time I met that. I also need money too that's why I couldn't hold those too. But if anyone hold some days they will sell the bounty tokens with a good price than before.
I know that there are bounty hunters selling their token at very low price and they don't mind the great loss since they are not spending or investing on it but its a wrong mindset because even we don't spend of buying it but still the effort and the time we spend to gain reward is more than anything, so as for me bounty token should be valued too and not sell it at a loss.

If you see their is no future scope of that coin or find any discrepancy of what was being told and what is happening in future or at present then better to exit your position of those bounty even if you have to take a loss because it is possible that in coming time you will not get that value as well.

it's better indeed you sell all your bounty tokens,
and make some real assets, and half you can have digital assets
for me, I did this by directly selling coins from reward bounties or exchanging them in the form of bitcoin or ethereum which had better price growth than coins from reward bounties.

If I get free token from bounty will directly sell when it listings in the market. When the prices down then still profit, because the free token. If the token good better to investment the long term.
Selling directly at loss or selling at a good price? These are totally two different things. A lot of people tend not to realize that as long as you are selling at loss, you are basically a weak hand in the market and you are not actually doing yourself good unless maybe you are a trader and you are looking to buy at a lower price.

As long as a project still have a good product, a great team and possible chances of developing hugely in the future, I wonder why anyone would want to throw away the chance of getting a long term benefit just because of the short term gains that amounts to nothing.

The best answer to your question is just HOLD the good bounty coin and sell the Shitcoin bounty coin, easy right? we all know that only a few of these ICO are gems and if you are lucky it is worth it to HODL, but it depends on your decision because we are on the bear market and bounty hunters will dump their coins just to get a small amount of $$$.

Basically, I look at the projects future prospect and decide whether you book loss or hold them, cause at times some projects fails to deliver, hence token price never rises. I have been participant for some bounty programs, which were good and inline with their projected road map.

If token comes from an airdrop and its for free, I wouldn't have second thoughts on selling it when it reached a good price unless I see more reason to hold on to it a little bit longer because of the project is good. Take into consideration on selling it and buying a another token at a good price then sell again upon reaching a reasonable price as well.
I agreed with what you said because the profitability of a business is keep every businesses going and the utility, concept and the team experience will term how long it will take air dropper and bounty hunters will their tokens.

I actually don't care about the price since I save most of my tokens. Some of them have no value yet. I sell my bounty tokens whenever I need money for my daily expenses. However, I still feel bad whenever some of my tokens' price decrease a lot.

Considering that the token is already a known garbage, i won't hesitate to sell this token even if it means a loss. That's also because some of tokens are only for pump and dump and after that, nothing is going to happen anymore.

Right now I always sell all the tokens that I get because indeed my interest in tokens is not so big too many games and also the issue that makes tokens is very easy to experience a substantial decline.

What I do is I sell some of my tokens when I have reached my target goal. Some coins are worth selling at an early time but I hold coins which are worth holding because of their platforms. I would choose to trust good coins and hold more of it rather than selling early.

I would not recommend to sell bounty tokens immediately after distribution. Many people dump into contracts on Etherdelta or so. For me it is more a good buying opportunity when bounty hunters rage dump their tokens.

Don't trust any exchange!
