Usually the most reliable altcoins are those coins that are already backed up by good capitalization and time-tested I think if you go to the coin market you will see them !

The most trusted Altcoin as I know is NEO. Not in terms of price and ability. But this is in terms of ownership. NEO has a boss who is much clearer in adopting. They certainly have a development and marketing team that is able to work diligently and optimally. Even though the price is still cheap, it has a good future. Because the NEO is fully supported by the country. Continuous development will make them faster in getting many investors.

I think that we should pay attention to those projects that improve blockchain technology. These projects will be used in the future. In addition, I like the coins of top exchanges. It seems to me that they have great potential. Unfortunately, not all products can be applied in the real sphere of the economy. And these projects certainly will not survive.

Why so mucn hate and negativity. Crypto is fast changing market we all know that. Before we started trading we all were screaming "its risky don't put in money you need for food and stuff" and when it went up everyone dreamed of lambo and stuff. Now market has dropped and now all we can hear is "crypto is dead" and "its a scam" or like here "there is no trusted altcoin not even BTC". We all know its risky business! Find a coin look at it DYOR and invest. Now many will be negative and when market turns those same people will post how rich they will be.

I think most altcoins can be trusted, but not that where devs have a lot of premine and sell them and that where dev say he got his wallet hacked and coins are selled.

The most trusted altcoins I think is like Stellar, Komodo, EOS, NEO. But there is a lot of another not so bad coins wich deserve our interest. Now I focused on a two new projects - Neluns and FX Pay. Hope that at least one of them will show a good profit.

For me personally, ETH, XLM, XMR and MFX are one of the most rock solid alts for 2019

I think looking for the top 20 altcoins in coinmarketcap should be fine. But if you are after 10x 100x earning you should find the hidden gems and most of them won't be in that top 20.

For now I can trust EOS and stellar.  I believe they have lot of prospects and they have their legs rigged in the ground and for now nothing should shake them I believe.
