As far as am concerned,they are both beneficial it just depend on how you play your card. I personally do both and they have been a great source of income for me. Although bounties does not need fund unlike trading  but it likewise has its own other side.

I will choose hunting campaign at this time because now I am only hanging with free coins. I do not have the capital to start plunging, when I have the capital I will start tranding. I am currently earning my income from participating in the campaign

Bounty and trade are interchangeable things. You can trade when the market is growing, and you can earn income from the bounty, when the market is quiet.

Bounty programs don't die. Previously, they grew and it was possible to meet very successful projects. And now, because of the low market, the successful have become Normal, and the normal have become worthless.

Bounty is much more easy and the tasks are not affording some high skills. Earnings are not much sometimes, but stable and this is what is important to me. But you have to analyze your project carefully to participate in a profitable project.

Trading is most often a rip-off and requires high fees fro trading (sell/buy). Bounty is better.

I dont think i need to choose on both bounty and trading because both of it is giving me a good income and once i became really lucky on bounty campaign i joined, i am earning a huge profit and in trading it is making me a smart person.
