I always say don't listen to anybody. Everybody his here for their own interest.
You cannot rely on anybody. You should have enough knowledge to understand whats right or what will be favorable. Only then you can learn the basics. Do some research and when you feel that yes, this is the right time to sell you coin. Just do it. Play independently.

You should wait for now. As you can see the market it is still dumped so all we need to do is to wait and hold. Do not do panic selling because it will help the dumping more. It is all up to you to decide on your tokens or coins. But if you will ask people who are doing things for years, I think they will say that you need to learn to trade. Holding certain coins or tokens will be a tough decision especially when you are new and needed the money, but if you have your own extra money and can consider your tokens as your long-term investment then that's good. It is better to hold it if you think it is a good token or coin that have the potential to increase its value than selling it at a very low price.

 my man, I rally hope you didn't invest all your savings in cryptocurrency. That wouldn't be a very smart move. If you do not need your cryptocurrency money to actually buy food., at this point I woikjust suggest to hodl on 5o your tokens and coins and just hope for the market to start a new bullrun. Cryptos are a very risky investment, and I consider this kind of market to be a long game. Investment should hold their position for at least 5 years, in my humble opinion
