Will Ethereum fail if Vitalik dies?

What do you think will happen with Ethereum if Vitalik Buterin's death is confirmed? Will the price crash and the project fail? Or would it continue to grow into infinity and beyond? I'm concerned about this, since previously, there were rumors about Vitalik's death which caused the price of Ethereum to fall drastically within the cryptocurrency market. Fortunately, Vitalik showed proof that he was alive, which calmed the downfall of Ethereum's price.

However, if Vitalik dies, many things could happen either good or bad. Perhaps, Ethereum may fall if Vitalik dies, because he's been leading the project every step of the way. By not having a leader, the Ethereum project will disorientate itself into oblivion, IMO. Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this?

I assess the influence of Vitalik is quite large with the crypto community. and independent creativity when leaving the ETC. Evidence that ETH has reborn the best and more appropriate, more effective. But to look at this situation, ETH will be a bit difficult but as I think it will not collapse by any person.

I think that all these rumors are created intentionally or intentionally. Someone benefits from it. So try not to pay attention to it. Vitalik Buterin will live, unless of course with him and actually happen some emergency. In life it is different and nobody is immune. If you are so worried about the volatility of the ETH rate, then sell some of your coins and buy them less volatile. Thereby safeguarding their capital from the spike down.

You have a point but his death may have effect but it would be for the main time Ethereum will surely  bounce back. There are lot of big company that still survive even if a vital person die among them.... So I don't see that as an illustration that Ethereum won't survive.

ethereum will certainly be further developed, even without vitalik. i think ethereum is already too big and certainly will not just die with or without vitalik.

I don't think so. Because Ethereum is a very popular currency, It is not dependent on the CEO anymore, Like Bitcoin! No one knows who is Satoshi, but the value of Bitcoin keeps rising over the world because people are the power here. But If vitalik dies then Ethereum development may stop or the price will not be the same but Its value will remain one in the top 10 crypto coins.

Just today I have read in reddit a post about how the ethereum platform geth is the 5th fastest growing github project. And it is the 5th largest github project in general. This means that there are so many people involved in the ethereum platform, researching and developing ethereum that it will probably never stop at this point. Definitely no. ETH today is not Vitalik only. I see several teams and many developers. And I don't tell about other teams that make sidechains possibilities, Plasma, Raiden, other extensions. I think they can continue ETH development if it will be needed. Nothing worried

I don't think so. Crypto is already going down and it feels like its about to die even though its not. If Vitalik dies, his crypto coins will definitely go to his family. I am sure that he had made a last will of testament. I don't think the market will crash when Vitalik dies because he only has a portion of the whole crpyto world.

Well it could be this and that but, you know, no one really knows. Satoshi Nakamoto is gone and bitcoin is still alive and kicking so maybe if V. Buterin is gone Ethereum will still continue and will even be better than it is today or will just be a history.
