It is very common situation from the every ICO, because after listing in the exchange the coin price will decrease. The real price of coin will start increase with the active developments from the team. That's why some people will hold the coins until the price starts increasing again.

there are many reasons and reasons why today's average token can drop so much. and all of that in my opinion the reason is because the market is not good and my bonus is too big ico

The market decides what the price will be so don't rely on the ICO projects who projected their tokens like it's for .10 cents or $1. I've seen last year that magically goes 10x after it gets listed but it's very rare nowadays and they all just slide down whatever marketing they do.

it has become very natural if the token prices always fall far at the ICO price because usually they fall because of the bounty campaign participants who sell the results obtained and perhaps also from the project founders who do not provide full support to keep prices stable.

Yeah, pretty much this. It is just a bad time for ICOs in general. Market gives a lot of impact to the ico too but the main reason caused by these icos can't provide a good market or attract the demand to buy their tokens . in fact that these coins need a lot of volumes to prevent the dumpers to make the price will stabilize. |

many of the prices of ico tokens go down because they have not been in demand by people. most of those who do buying and selling activities on the market are part of their own community. whereas to involve people outside of that they must already have market products. |

many of the prices of ico tokens go down because they have not been in demand by people. most of those who do buying and selling activities on the market are part of their own community. whereas to involve people outside of that they must already have market products. If they arent indemand the price will be stable but wont go down sharply . a dump means the price have decline too hard after a rise . Now if the token is dumping that maybe the cause when people ( investor and bunty hunters ) sold their tokens after it has been listed . this is usually normal in the case of ico's . |

price is made as a reference for the ongoing ico, it is very important. most fell because they did not have a good product yet, and many even had not released finished products, not much market demand most of the coins owned by the community will definitely be sold in exchange, that makes the price break. |

It is truth and I agree with you that those prices did not always match and it might be the fault of developers as most of the projects maybe overrated. Also all the tokens and coins has witnessed this especially since last year and some of them has lose over 99% of the icos price. I think it is important for projects developers to list there idea first and those ideas be rated before asking investors to come in. Many people has lost Alot of money and valuable through icos investments and some of them are regretting. |

Most of the ICOs nowadays are either scam or don't have anything special to add to crypto anyway, mostly it is just repeating the same idea of the reputable coins without adding anything special to it...

This is very detrimental to investors. because indeed it happens to all ico after the market listing that happens is a very deep decline. like now many projects have dropped by more than 50%. this is very bad for ico. and also one of the reasons why today's investors are not interested in ico

Not all project fallen after ICOs even in this bad market. But mostly yes. The reason is because market was overvalued in 2017, beginnig of 2018. ANd some projects raising crazy money. But not is a good time to buy on exchanges good coin which much more cheapest than on ICO and have good potential.

many investors now do that. buying assets that are definitely in exchange is the choice they take to safeguard their money. while ico with these conditions many do not get investors and fail to do their ico. |

Many investors failed to realize that, thinking that project will come back after the dumped is a big no no, maybe there's some good project who able to bounce but most of them are still in a dumped side, there's no real money that will bring them up, not unless the bull market start to show and many new participants inside the market will comes up with new invested money. |

Ico token price drops after ICO mostly due to private sales. Private sales participants get their token at a ridiculously los price do much bonus of which they can decide to sell at below the ico price and stil be in huge profit

I have taken part of some ICOs and everytime their token price goes down after the ICO.. why is that so? EDIT: oh, nice.. that was helpful and pretty much what I was looking for.. thanks for sharing You are lucky because you have been part of dumping project and not totally scam because more than 90% of those ICO are scammers and many of us here know about this system If you been part of ICO you then better hold the coins/tokens if you think the project has a future but if there's none then sell them all before its too late I have holding some coins in which beinh trapped in damping and now waiting if there will be a chance to profit in future |
