Probably 2019 or 2020. Volume is relatively flat with no clear indication where the market is moving.
But who knows, it might also pickup the pace before the year ends, same as last year.

based on historical data from last halving it said like that.after block reward reduce a half, bitcoin become more rare and it impacted to bitcoin price become more expensive after that.

I hope that we will see the bull run till the end of 2018 but I have some doubts that the same thing as in 2017 will happen. The market is bigger right now and there should be a lot of positive events for the bull run to happen.

I do not know when the next pump will be but this time i'm ready...I regret I did not get bought coins like litecoin,vertcoin or viacoin when they were very very low in 2015...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3028302.0... people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers

we are already at the end of the year, and this year only leaves a few months. but signs of a pump like last year have not yet been seen. being pessimistic will happen again. at least this year the market can stabilize and grow slowly, it's good as long as it doesn't plunge back down. we will see what happens next year.

the situation in 2017 WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

for a huge amount of reasons, ONLY STUPIDS AND MORONS IGNORE.

1º Banks and governments were never interested by that time in crypto.

2º there were NO BANS FOR BUYING CRYPTOCURRENCIES.

3º Taxes were not even being thought

4º legislations were not even being applied, nor created.

5º the pump was due, mostly by false buy orders emitted by exchanges to show demand that was really unreal.

6º people were seeing huge green numbers in their pockets. Now they see huge RED numbers. And most of them will never ever come back

7º volatitily was never an issue. After a dump there was a pump. Now we've had a bear market for almost 10 months, with no good news in the future and with drops of over 80%.

8º number of operations with this coins is in the lowest ever.

9º Huge risk of tether usd below 1 usd and dropping.

2017 it was a great season for all the holders of altcoins during that time, then when 2018 came up it was a doom to anyone who are not deeply mature on cryptocurrency business in terms of trading in the market. its been 9 months I think where market was totally declined in terms of its price value of the altcoins to all exchanges platform. But I sense that it will happen again this 2019 bearish is almost close to be finish this year.

No doubt that 2018 remains as a hard time for the crypto investors, and still they are passing from hard time, but I think that they have to wait for some more time and very are expecting that 2019 will be more goof the all crypto currencies, there we need to remain patient for some more time.

I don't think so. 2017 might be the best year crypto has ever had. There are a lot of problems on ICO's for 2018 including the scams that were happening. Maybe that is the reason why there is not much hype on ICO's this year. Also, it felt like the new coins are just copying each other's product and it is redundant. Maybe they will comeup with something new next year.

Probably, it was the best year for the cryptocurrencies, investors and traders. Nevertheless, I can guess that in 2020-2021 something like this will repeat. Some financial specialists talk about Bitcoin that can reach 200K.
