They can see the sun setting on their beloved Minex scam....

They are falling apart.Bankruptcy is knocking at theirs door. Their beloved trolls got silent on Minexcoin/Republia threads, no more money to pay them.

On Telegram, whole troll team, Temhuk,Racquemis,Cryptorich,Minexcoin support members are desperately trying to keep few remaining Minex "enthusiasts" calm and relax somehow huge dissatisfaction in Minexcoin. People want hard and clear results, but they cant offer them anything, even lies are in short supply.

I am not surprised the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and several others are still scamming gullible people on Telegram. That is all they have to scam now because we have exposed their scam here on Bitcointalk forum.

I am shocked that Boris and Co can even drag this out instead of putting out a press release stating the true situation.

https://www.fbi.gov/resources/victim-services/seeking-victim-information/seeking-victims-in-bitconnect-investigation

I remember when me and all the other honest bitcointalk members were telling all the bitconnect shills that they were promoting a scam.

We got called dirty fudders.

Minex is cut from the same cloth as Bitconnect.

The time will come when we will see Boris and his other SUKAS like YUREZ & TEMKUNT getting investigated for fraud on a massive scale.

Cause Minex does have American investors that have been defrauded.

It's only a matter of time before the US authorities come after Boris and his team of little shilling bitches.

You going to jail lads.

I agree it is only a matter of time before Boris and Co are going to get investigated, probably charged with one crime or another but most probably to do with AML irregularities.

All those gullible fools that sent their ID (passport copies, signatures, bank details) will have their IDs sold to criminals by Boris and Co therefore AML irregularities and fraud will be the two biggest charges on the charge sheet when the law catches up with them

They made so many things which are against the law, heavily abusing ICO unregulated market. Certainly, the most serious cases are ones which they made in EU jurisdiction:

- major breaking AML laws due to hiding true beneficial owner of UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account on Upaycard/Mastercard
- making a classic fraud due to make a deception of Minexpay customers how they will get branded Minexpay VISA card and giving them instead unlawfully obtained UAB KD Upaycard, forcing users to pay extra fees and tariffs and denying them access to theirs Upaycard accounts.

Of course ,taking money from investors to realize whitelist and then diverted money in realizing private project of making video game is massive fraud too. The worst thing about all of these things is that Boris & Co. didnt even think about it as something unlawful and immoral. On the contrary, they think that is something OK - investors only right after giving money to them is to shut up. This twisted, fraudster way of thinking is not a coincidence and it was primary reason why I investigated earlier Boris business practice which confirmed that the worst thing you can do is to give Boris money or merchandise in advance.

As Jolly was saying, it seems that now TemKunt and Yurez are only posting in the Moderated Russian Thread.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5098544.160

TEMKUNT, the stupid SUKA is now trying to scam the Russian investors by shilling them "shares" for the game Minex supposedly developed.

Dis is ze Google Translation:

This shows that TEMKUNT is actually an integral part of this scam.

Of course he is. Boris does not give sweaters to anybody Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

In the meantime another 50000 MNX left Minexbank, which now contains only 88000 coins or 5.9% from original 1.5 million. With present rate,Minexbank will stay without coins for about 1.5 months max. They can prolong its life a little bit longer sending in it last premined coins from developping fund ,but due to fact that they have no other income source except selling premined coins via Instabuy (about $75000 per month) it wont last much longer.Bankruptcy is closer and closer every day.

I cannot understand why the authorities in Ukraine have not taken a deep in to Minex because they are already aware of Boris & Co because of his numerous visits to Court related to tax evasion and fraud.

Now this new story about Boris making deals with AR games companies when they have no money left in the pot to promote it. Since when was that part of the lies they sold to ICO investors and later gullible investors?

They are now saying to people "Minex will be included in AR games as method of payment so buy more and MNX"  Roll Eyes

Ukraine authorities even does not know that he is conducting business activities via Minexsystems/Minexpay in Ukraine, because he has never registred this business in Ukraine. Minexsystems/Minexpay is working illegally in Ukraine, paying its workers in cash and avoiding paying any taxes  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy ,but  this is something we knew already - Boris hates to pay taxes.

He used money collected from Minexcoin investors to finance his private project about making video game. You need more than a leap of faith to switch on from construction business to making video games. Iam sure it was not his idea ,but somebody else who implanted it in his head, talking to him that is extremely lucrative business, so Boris eyes started to roll on it like a symboles on the one arm bandit slot machine $ $ $ Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Competition in video game business is so fierce, that maybe just 1 of 10 projects suceed to make a profit,so chance that some construction guy jumps in and make a profit is very, very small. In present situation they will promise anything just to stay afloat a little bit longer.

I think Boris is deluded, it is only a matter of time before he ends up in jail !

Maybe less than 1% of all game makers have real success so exactly what Boris is doing now looks more strange than his attempted scam with Novarise

The scammers have this showing in their the header of their censored scam thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090539.0

This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic. (129 posts by 22 users with 2 merit deleted.)

These scammers have deleted a staggering 129 posts from 22 different users including those with merits.

Pathetic

Cant erase truth. They live in a cloud, thinking that nobody will know for theirs scams if they are deleting every post which is not against them but only suspicious about theirs activities. They are running out of money, all financing is via selling premined coins via Instabuy,Minexbank coins are almost spent.

Boris spent a lot of money for making video games, buying now useless ATMs and who knows what else, not thinking at all to make first at least 1 or 2 reliable income sources for project. I believe they started payment cards program only to provide enough money and time for Boris to finish expensive video games. That is why they didnt care will theirs cards be banned or not,are they legal or not.Cards need to held just few months to patch Boris financial black hole, until video game is finished.

Of course, finishing game does not mean anything. Be accepted on market with such fierce competition is a different story and probability that construction guy, with no prior knowledge about it, will succeed is infinitely small.

Boris is gambling with it ,because it is not his money, but investors. Whatever destiny of that game will be,Iam sure he wont get out of Minex without nice amount of cash in his pockets.

No they will never be able to erase the truth.

I have no idea why he is involved in this game but is it going to accept in-game Minex payments or is Boris using Minex funds to pay developers to make a game which he hopes people will use and that will make him money?

The second one - Boris is using Minex funds to pay developpers to make a game(his private project, never mentioned on whitelist and obviously primary reason to start ICO - Minexcoin was just a suitable financial vessel to collect needed money for project) which he hopes people will use and that will make him money.

Considering there are only 88,000 MNX left in Minex owned wallet how is it possible they can sustain impossible parking rates? The following pyramid highlights concerns being raised.

With all these failing how it Boris getting the money to finance the gaming project? I share your views that the AR and online games market place is extremely difficult to break in to so why did demolition man Boris enter this field when there was no mention of it in the whitepapers?

This is one of the strangest ICO scams I have come across. The man at the top of the scam (Boris) is utterly incompetent and a complete and pathetic failure so far as commerce is concerned.

While I do agree it looks unfair, the "rich" also risked the most, so it's only fair they get the most. Bigger risk = bigger reward. Bigger risk also = bigger loss.

With an equal percentage per annum (4.5%), the rich coin holder gets more coins due to the amount of his contribution. The contribution of 5,000 coins will reward 225 coins for the year. While the small holder of 100 coins will get only 4.5 coins per year.
225 coins is the reward for higher risk.

Your model is unfair. And most importantly, it will lead to the centralization of coins in the hands of large holders - because they get rich ahead of ten times faster than others.
If you think it's unfair you can buy 5000 coins for yourself and take a risk. If you don't want to risk you will get smaller reward.

I don't mind the risk reward. But the difference of 10 times is strange (5000 coins 45% per annum) vs (100 coins 4.5% per annum). We're not in a casino.

Minexbank has coins for one month only. They can replenish it with premined coins from Developpers fund (980.000),but they need these coins for selling on Instabuy too. They are selling on Instabuy $75000 / 170.000 MNX coins per month. They need, at today prices at least 300.000 coins per month to stay afloat. With coins from Dev. fund it is max. 3 months of work before big bang comes. Such huge selling will produce huge inflation too,so it will last even less, 1.5-2 months.

They cant drop parking rate sharply, because it will cause massive selling/dumping of coins and price will go to $0.2-0.25 or less literally overnight.I believe they wont change anything - they will use coins from Dev. fund for Minexbank and for Instabuy selling to the bitter end - to the last coin.

I dont believe that game making project suddenly came from nowhere. Most certainly it was primary plan from the beginning. But who will give Boris money for it? Nobody, of course, so he made a nice whitepaper, gave many promises which he has never intented to fulfill ,just to attract investors to give him money.

You are right ,this is one not so ordinary scam.It almost deserves an episode in The Blacklist  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy - Raymond Reddington vs Boris - The Demolition Man  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

To define why it is a strange scam,we have to go deeper in the Boris mind.  Boris made nice whitepaper filled with many promises, just to get money from investors for his gaming and crypto projects. He lied investors in pre-ICO that some "prominent european bank" invested in his virtual,non-registred pre ICO 1700 BTCs just to avoid to return money due to failed pre-ICO phase. So, it was scam from the very beginning. Question is why Boris didnt take money and run after ICO?

He didnt because he believed that his idea about video game making is so fantastic and lucrative enough to bring him substantial money, enough to make him very wealthy man and to repay investors who he scammed with false whitepaper and empty promises.Just remember how he fiercly defended unrealistic price of MNX $53000 per coin in the interview with Cryptorich as something achievable.

Boris is a little guy,who ran construction/demolition business not so good (23 lawsuits against him) ,but deeply convinced he was destined to something much, much bigger. This belief  was so powerful that it created megalomania which blinded him to go into video game and crypto projects, businesses he has absolutely 0 experience and knowledge about it. So , he was intending to scam people for "the sake of greater good" - to lie investors just to take needed money from them ,then to invest it into his dream projects which will eventually make rich everybody. But it turned bad because of incompetence, greed and constant stream of lies ,needed to calm down investors. That is why this scam is not so ordinary.Though I maybe wrong that he ever had a real wish to repay investors when he becomes rich, because scammers mind is highly egocentric , always work for himself and do not care at all about others.

Large holders of coins (more than 5000) receive 45% per annum. Small coin holders (less than 100) receive 4.5% per annum. The difference is 10 times. This is unfair and leads to centralization.

so now they're trying to entice the Minexcoin bag holders to buy more than 5000 scam tokens in exchange for 45% interest.

where the fuck will they find the money to pay the idiots?

Boris will have to get hold of some kneepads and start pimping out Yurez and TemKunt.

 Kiss Kiss Kiss

And by the looks of it, some intelligent people in the Minexscam Telegram are asking some pertinent questions  to CryptoRich, another one of Boris's Sukas.

If it is true that there is just one months supply of MNX left in Instabuy then it will be interesting to see what happens next. I wonder what Boris has planned.

I agree that Boris is just a little man trying to make it big and it cannot be ignored that he had an involvement in a total of previous and present 23 lawsuits.

Megalomania is probably the appropriate word when it comes to Boris but I just cannot understand what Boris is doing about the AR game. Only an idiot would have an ICO for a crypto-card under a cloud of lies then it would come out so many months later that it was a ruse to fund a third-party to make a game that would probably fail.

The demolition man Boris really has big problems and he made his investors see over a 99% loss in the value of its MNX coin from its peak of over $56 each. Disaster.

ICO fund used for selling premined coins on Instabuy is already empty.Minexbank will be soon too. They still have 980000 premined coins in Developper fund and I believe they will use it for Minexbank and Instabuy, but at present price it will be enough for only 3 months. And IF and only IF price does not go down further ,which is highly unlikely due to massive coins influx from selling and parking.Mine estimation is 1.5-2 months.

Selling via Instabuy significantly dropped last week which can be a sign that market is oversaturated and cant absorb much more coins in the future. In that case Minexcoin will be forced to sell coins directly on exchanges to fund its expenses - and that will accelerate already bad situation so much that MNX would hardly survive 1 month in such conditions.

Investing in video game is not originally Boris idea - what one construction guy can know about making video games and its market? Nothing. Iam sure it was somebody else idea, somebody who Boris trusts.Somebody younger, his son or some younger associate or combined. Whatever , it was definitely very bad idea. It is pure gambling with very bad odds, but gambling with investors money not his own.

Today is a 5th day from theirs tweet that they lost ability to refill cards. This is too much time for some technical problem.Maybe this guy was right that Upaycard or Mastercard blocked theirs account:

This scam is slowly going to it's logical end.

1. The price of the coin and 24/H volume are almost nothing (Much more lower than ICO price)

2. Cards are blocked by Upay and mastercard.

3. All investors are ripped off.

4. Boris and affiliates will face criminal charges for illegal financial operations, online fraud and card fraud.

5. Some Russian dudes who lost money in this scam are actively looking for Boris&Co

Why are users not posting in the official censored thread complaining? Something is not adding up here because if customers cannot load their cards (at the very expensive rates set by the Minex team) then they should make collective complaints. Maybe they are complaining on their Telegram channel.

What can a demolition man (with 23 Court cases that he was implicated in) actually know about all this gaming and coding business?

Boris was out of his depth. he should have stuck to concrete, bricks and tax evasion. He was using the ICO funds to pay the staff their salaries and gambled om MNX taking off but this project has been a massive failure.

The inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and the others have gone quiet while their MNX project collapses around them.

Cant complain, because they erase it. They have almost 50% posts erased. After introducing censored threads they are trying to reroute people on Telegram, where dozen of theirs bots are waiting to ambush people with lies ,false promises and reasons how things will be better in future or in some other dimension.Be patient, 1 month ,2 months, a year... Their Telegram group functions more like as a cult, where non-believers in Boris and Minexcoin are publicly burned at the stake like it was in Middle Ages.

Why Boris made ICO? - It was by far easiest and fastest way to take in possesion of big amount of money and due to lack of regulation has 0 responsibility to investors. ICOs are like wonderland for scammers all around the world.

Will see how things would be in next few days. If they would not be able to enable card operations in next 2 days it will be a clear sign that Upaycard or Mastercard blocked their  Roll Eyes( UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS) account.
