So in his haste to scam people with his referral link, he doxxed himself?

Oh my fucking god.

Yurez 83 is not the sharpest tool in the box is he?

He obviously took down the video once he realized he fucked up.

Oh man, this is hilarious.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin Grin Grin Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

I did not see the video. Did anybody download it?

It was old Minex promo video. Video was on this link, but he removed it later:

Although I am strongly against plagiarism happening here in the forum the screenshots of where the alleged "plagiarism" have taken in place really has no bearing under the fair use policy of our copyright laws. Below is just a given example of the mere definition of what fair use means on using copyrighted work such as images, videos, music, and of course written work is covered by the fair use policy.

Quote
fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.

From what I am seeing with the screenshots you have posted they are just merely commenting on you being busted in your scam. So what it seems to me is you are just here asking for the mods to cover your tracks and hide your identity again in the forum.

Plagiarism is the use of my photos without my knowledge and the main thing is editing  them as my own, applying inscriptions.

wow shit..

so I went through his little thread where he's complaining about people doxxing him.

He doxxed himself.

No one went out of the way to find his private info.

He even provided information about his real location previously:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4841968.msg48303750#msg48303750

He then put it his real name on youtube because he wanted to shill his scammy referral link to get people to order fraudulent cards so that he can profit from their orders.

Yurez's been engaged in slander as well by falsely implying that a lot of the people who are tirelessly working to prevent noobs from losing money are supposedly blackmailing his shitty projects.

Yurez 83 only got his greed to make money off his scammy referrals to blame.

He's so focused on stealing from other people that he fucked up and now he's pulling out the victim card.

If my account gets banned, so be it.

If my actions prevent someone from this forum from losing money and getting their id stolen , then it's totally worth it.

And fuck you Yurez83, you spineless little bitch. You're quick to try and scam but you're just a low life scamming pussy.

And stick your fake "red trust" from your sock puppets up your arse.

As you can see, I returned the favour.

This was a very interesting post. Thank you.

It makes great reading because it provides proof that he himself mentioned his name and his city. His claims about "plagiarism" are absolute nonsense after he himself put the information in the public domain.

Though I feel Borys and his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, yurez83, akira128 and a few others will certainly feel the hit in their pocket and that they deserve it, I feel sorry for genuine innocent investors that have lost so much because of these scammers.

86 posts ? WOW... They are braking scammers record here on bitcointalk...  Grin Grin Grin

Yurez83 keeps digging himself in a bigger hole.

No one doxxed him.

He gave away all his personal information as he was blinded by greed.

All he could think of is getting the maximum amount of people to order fraudulent cards under his referral link.

He fucked up and now he wants other people to take the blame for his sheer incompetence.

Yurez 83:  Too many people have lost money because of your actions.

You honestly think a bunch of bitcointalk scam hunters/nerds with weaponized autism will let you get  away with making such a sloppy mistake?

YOU SHOT YOURSELF IN THE FOOT THROUGH YOUR SHEER GREED AND IDIOCY.

MAN UP and STOP SCAMMING !!!

I fail to understand what they will achieve by deleting the posts from their scam official censored thread because they will be unable to suppress the facts. In the end the truth must come out about their scam. Deleting 86 posts is a massive amount.

We already know about their Minex and Republia scam but many innocent newbies and gullible investors have no clue and it is those people we have a duty to protect. All they do on their scam official Minex thread is to create lies and deceit.

Just archive your replies and quote them in the scam accusation thread.

By replying to their self moderated thread you are just bumping it to the top. Let it sink down to the last page.

Keep a list of everyone that posts in the thread and report them for shitposting if they are just bumping the thread with low quality posts.

The main participants and thread starter are tagged.

I think feral behavior like calling them "fuck bois" and posting photos from social media that they haven't themselves posted on here is a step too far.

Now we know that Yuri is another one of Boris's fuck bois.

Yuri looks like he will be sucking even more dick than TemKunt in jail.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5046331.msg49589582#msg49589582

I think it is important that when busting scams you try to conduct yourself with a higher standard than the scammers you try to catch.

No one doxxed him.

Unless he posted this photo on bitcointalk himself then it is a DOX according to the forum rules.

The whole thread has now been moved to investigations.

How to DOX without breaking the rules:

A DOX is only allowed in the investigation section.

You can name a person, post photos of them and provide personal details in the investgations thread which is not visible to guests, low rank or google indexing.

You can post a link to the investigation section in any thread.

This is how lowbander80 was exposed and others.

For example:

Investigation and DOX: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4679939

The same temhuk scammer that left you negative feedback for no reason other than you posting the truth and challenging their narrative, also threatened me in a PM.

The fact he bet BIG on Minex when it was higher and now finds it circulating just $0.50 means scammers such as temhuk are facing huge losses. They will lie about anything in the hope the price goes up so they can recoup some of their investment.

Minexcoin has lost over 99% of its value since its ATH of over $56 less than a year ago.

I feel sorry for newbies and gullible investors that fell for the Minex scam but I confess I do feel a slight chuckle when I know that Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystems CEO Boris Shulyaev and his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, yurez83, akira128 and a few others will certainly not be making any good return on their "investment"

This comparison is sooo good that I had to re-post it here ,before it would be erased on censored thread:

F**king millennial's, don't even know what a scam is. Oh look, the team delivered a working product just like they said they would....so it's obviously a scam. WTF?!?! Ok let me just reiterate, a proper scam would typically involve 0 working products being released. Down is not up, and up is not down. If you want to make an argument claiming that some laws or regulations were skirted in order to bring a product to market, that is entirely different from lets say --the entire framework of this enterprise is designed to swindle investors. Please learn the art of forming a proper argument. People might be more inclined to listen to you if you exercised a bit of restraint and were able to communicate your point effectively.
